Summer dobrokku season is here 😊.
This year I forgot the ritual of opening the bottle and almost spilled it, but somehow it was safe😅
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of apple🍎 and banana🍌 with a hint of rice.
In the mouth, it has a slightly carbonated and spicy taste 🫧.
The sweetness is slightly less sweet than last year, but there is a hint of acidity and milky rice sweetness.
This year, I wonder if it's a combination of banana (banana) type mahoroba aromatic yeast and apple (apple) type mahoroba mellow yeast. 🤔
I personally prefer the apple🍎 type Mahoroba mellow, but this was delicious 🍶✨️
