The top aroma is unique to Haruyo with a slight lychee and muscat flavor🤔.
In the mouth, refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of Koei Chrysanthemum.
I wonder if the clear and less cloying taste of Shunyo matches the quality of Kouei Kiku's sake.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨️
