This one was served cold instead of heated on the master's recommendation.
The nose has a sweet aroma with a hint of caramel flavor.
On the palate, it has a sweet flavor of omachi with a hint of caramel.
The master likes to drink it cold, but the best time to drink Katsumasa cold is around 22 to 24 years old.
It was a beautiful sake that I couldn't believe it was 14 years old, even though it had been kept refrigerated well.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
