This is Wakanohisu from Wakatakeya Sake Brewery in Kurume City.
This is my first time to drink Wakanohisu from Wakatakeya.
It was served at room temperature.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
The sweetness of the rice in the mouth gives it a unique and complex classic taste.
It has a light aftertaste, as is typical for an arugula-soaked sake.
It's a bit like a traditional sweet regular sake.
It was delicious. ✨️
