Famous for its heated sake? It is a famous heated sake from Tanzawayama. I went to Sakatoya in Mizonokuchi to buy a bottle of Ayahana's slightly heated sake, but they were selling Reiho by weight, which is only sold in 1 sho (1.5 liter) bottles. First, I tasted it cold. The first aroma was slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness with a hint of sourness. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. Next, we tried it warmed up. Aromatic sweet aroma of heated raw sake 🤤. The sweetness and umami are very good. The sweetness and umami are very nice and full 😊. I was impressed by how they could make such a beautiful Yamadanishiki, even though the brewery originally produces many light and dry sakes. It was delicious ✨🍶.

. The last of the tasting was the barrel sake. The aroma of the barrels soaked into the sake and was very nice. Almost like the smell of a hinoki bath. I was given a cold sake and a hot sake, and the hot sake tasted better, as I felt the aroma of the barrels was well controlled. I heard that Sakatoya has a sake tasting every Saturday, so I would like to go there again.

I bought it right away when I saw that it was extraordinarily sweet. Rich and sweet, great. Honestly, I was drinking it after dinner because I could enjoy the drink alone. I bought my first vintage thing in the summer. It tasted like wine and I was depressed that I had made a bad choice, but it was short-lived. Pairing it with the cheese changed the whole thing, and it became the sweetness I like. Melt and richness, it felt like a new door had been opened.
