Kabutomushi🪲. I see that Kabutomushi has also become a fresh yeast yeast this year. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, there is a sharp acidity and a moderate sweetness compared to last year's. It has a refreshing acidity with no aftertaste. The refreshing acidity leaves a refreshing aftertaste. I love acidity, so I can tolerate it, but some people describe it as a lemon 🍋, so I wonder if it's okay for those who don't like acidity? 😅 It was delicious 🍶🍋.
