Timeline
まつちよKikunoi no Hisa◯🙆♂️
This is Hanafuki🌾 sake 🍶.
The one we drank last October was delicious with a lot of flavor.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
The first aroma is slightly sweet, with a hint of sweetness and a clear umami.
It is crisp and refreshing, just like Hana-buki.
Still a little light compared to last year's 🤔.
I want to try it fresh lol
It was delicious. ✨️ まつちよTsugaru Peninsula, sold only at 5 liquor stores in Aomori City.
I guess you could say it's Ozaki Brewery's version of sake made from the same Hana-Soi🌾 as Shichiriki🙄.
I got the first sip 🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
The first aroma is slightly sweet, with a hint of acidity and clear sweetness in the mouth.
It finishes with a slight astringency.
Maybe it's because it's a bit hard 🤔.
I can't feel the goodness of Hwaso very much.
Thank you for the food: ✨️ まつちよI had just started drinking a bottle of Jyoppari Hi-iri that I had bought at the Aomori Kitasaikan in Iidabashi, and then I saw a notice at Ringo no Hana in Arakicho that they had some new Jyoppari draft sake in stock, so I hurried to compare them 😆 (sake kuzu).
First, I tried the hi-ire at home 🍶.
The first aroma is a slight acidity and sweetness of rice.
It is quite dry on the palate.
The taste is a little sweet with a hint of acidity.
It finishes with a slight bitterness.
It is like a calm sake that has been fire-aged.
Then, we went to Ringo no Hana and had a glass of nama-shu (raw sake).
The first aroma is slightly acidic and sweet with a hint of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight acidity and a light sweetness.
The slight astringent taste gives it a sharp finish.
The sweet aroma is a little stronger in the nama-shu, so you can feel the sweetness.
If you want to drink it on its own, it might be the nama-shu, but I felt that both were food sake.
According to a person who knows the old Joppari, it is different compared to the old Joppari 🤔.
Personally, I prefer the Toorai one.
Thanks for the food: ✨️ マナチーMatsuchiyo-san, I have a strong image that the old Jyobari is quite dry and tastes like Showa era 😇I think the recent one is quite modernized 😂. まつちよHello Manachie 🌞.
Yes, it doesn't have a Showa-ish feel to it.
Is it a curt type of dry? 😅 まつちよToyobai's flower rafts🌸
Hana-asobi 🌾 sake 🍶.
The first aroma is softly sweet.
It has a moderate sweetness and a full-bodied umami flavor in the mouth.
I would like to see the flower rafts in Hirosaki Park once 😊.
It was delicious 🍶. まつちよInamuraya Kasumi Nigori.
This is Hanafuki🌾 sake🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with the aroma of koji mold and cooked rice.
The first sip is mildly sweet with a hint of nigori.
It has a slight spiciness with a hint of nigori, which gives it a sharp kick.
It was a refreshing and crisp sake that is typical of Hana Fukietsu ✨🙂 It was delicious!
It was delicious ✨🍶. まつちよSpecial Junmai Shiboritate Nama-shu from Ando Suigun 🏴☠️.
Koji: Hanabukiyuki🌾Kakemai: Mashigure🌾.
We got almost the bottom of the bottle🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of richness.
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a full-bodied flavor with a hint of millet sugar.
The finish is crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Aomori sake.
Last year it was very light, perhaps because the rice was too hard, but this year it is very good 😊 (sorry to sound so arrogant).
It was delicious 🍶🏴☠️ まつちよLa la la la ♫
Sake made by Sekinoi Sake Brewery using Tsubaki yeast developed by Hachinohe National College of Technology 🍶.
It's not Maki Ohguro 😌.
I don't think it has much of an overtone.
I don't know much about camellia flower aroma.
Sweet and sour on the palate.
It has a refreshing acidity and a refreshing sweetness.
It is refreshing thanks to the acidity.
It was a modern sake that didn't look like Sekinoi including the label.
It was delicious ✨🍶.
The third one is sauteed yam with butter 🥔. chikaWhat the hell 😍
I thought it was Maki Ohguro.
Aomori 🤣.
And a Hachinohe National College of Technology 😆🍶✨✨
I got a bunch of yams today👍 まつちよAomori is the birthplace of yam 😊. まつちよShichiriki Spring Shibori Nama Sake.
This is the first time to drink Nanashiriki Nama Sake.
This is a sake made with Hwasoi🌾.
The aroma on the nose is sweet and glossy.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the full-bodied sweetness that is typical of Hwasoi 🌾, and it finishes off smoothly and beautifully.
Hanasou is a crossbreed of Hanabukiyuki and Yamadanishiki, and it is a good sake rice that has inherited the advantages of both.
It was so good that I drank the whole glass at once.
I should have ordered a full glass. chikaI'd love to drink shichiriki but
I don't have room in my cellar😍💔💔💔💔💔. まつちよThis raw sake is delicious 🍶😆.
You should go to a liquor store in Aomori city to buy it 😤. まつちよSkyBlue by Shichiriki.
Sake made with Hua Soui🌾🍶.
I thought it was a stylish bottle, but it was a magnum bottle.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mildly sweet flavor that is typical of Hwaso.
It is a little dry and has a clean, light taste.
Delicious 🍶✨️ chikaSeven powers 🤣🍶.
I haven't had a drink yet😅💔💔💔. まつちよI'll post next, but the Shichiriki spring sake was great on draft 😋. まつちよSakuta's Toku Jun Yumikuchi🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the strong umami for Sakuta's Tokujun, just as the label says.
But it is still a very sharp and clean sake.
Beautiful sake as always.
Delicious! まつちよThis will be my first time at Shirakami no Dagu.
The top aroma is of plain yogurt with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly carbonic acidic taste.
The sweetness is moderate, but the refreshing sourness and sweetness of the rice.
It was refreshing and delicious 🍶✨️ chikaThere's even a Shirakami dagu 🤣👍🍶.
まつちよSekinoi Sake Brewery's Prayer Water.
Sake available only at liquor stores in Higashidori Village🍶.
The top aroma is faintly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a unique flavor with a slight sense of maturity.
The sweetness is moderate and the sharpness is good.
It is less peculiar and easier to drink than KANRATATEMA and Hokuyuu, which are also brewed by the same brewery.
I wonder if this peculiar taste is a warehouse peculiarity 🤔.
I guess it would be delicious with local ingredients in Shimokita.
It went well with horse sashimi (no picture).
It was delicious✨ chikaWhat the hell 🤣🍶.
First time 🤣🍶💔💔. マナチーMatsuchiyo, this restaurant has an amazing lineup of sake 😂‼️ I don't know this brewery at all 🤣. まつちよchika, I heard the ginjo sake with gold letters on the label of this one is much sweeter and tastier 😊 lol まつちよManachie-san, this store stocks sake from a liquor store in Aomori, so they have quite minor sake.
Aomori sake maniacs will love this store lol.
How minor is this sake that two people in Aomori don't know about it 🤣. まつちよIt is a Hakkouda Oroshi Gin-Sen 🍶.
The daiginjo I've had before is 100% Hanabukiyuki, but this one has koji as Hanabukiyuki🌾 and kake as Mashigure🍚.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a nice sharpness.
It is less sweet than the Hakkouda Oroshi Daiginjo in a cup that I bought at Shin-Aomori station last year.
It was delicious. ✨️ chikaThe Aomori ‼️‼️
I'm drinking something like that 😊🍶. まつちよThis is the new Mutsu Otokoyama sake🍶.
I think it has been since I tasted it when I visited the brewery the year before last.
The first aroma is slightly fruity and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity and a slightly full-bodied sweet umami flavor.
The one I tasted was a traditional sharp Aomori sake, but compared to that, it's not classic at all 🙄.
The only thing classic about it is the label 😂.
Oh well, it tastes good 🍶😉. まつちよIt is hiyaoroshi from Sakuta.
It has a slightly yellowish color.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
It has a full-bodied, beautiful sweetness in the mouth.
The Junmai Ginjo-shu is called "Sakuta" and the Junmai-shu is called "Sakuta". The Junmai-shu is sharp and crisp, while the Jungin-shu has a strong full-bodied and umami impression.
It was delicious 🍶. KabGood morning, Matsuchiyo-san!
I see, Sakuta Jungin has more flavor 🤔.
I hope to meet Sakuta too 🍶, although the number of brands and sales space saturation of liquor stores is increasing these days. まつちよHello Kab 😊
Jungin is good to feel the full flavor of rice 😌.
The number of brands is increasing, but many of the liquor stores are small, so the number of brands they can offer is limited 🤔. まつちよI believe it was positioned as a local brand of Toyobai's Miura Sake Brewery 🤔.
Sake made with Toyobai rice🌾🍶.
Slightly sweet aroma on the nose.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a clean sweetness with a hint of soft acidity and sharpness.
The nose has a hint of refreshing acidity.
It's the best sake at a reasonable price 🍶✨️
It went well with the cold smoked mackerel I ordered for my entrée 😊. まつちよHere's one from the end of last year😅.
We went to a restaurant called Ringo no Hana in Arakicho 🍎.
I don't often drink Momokawa sake, but they had a sake made with Hakutsuru Nishiki🌾 so I ordered it🍶.
Momokawa is under Hakutsuru in Nada, so I guess that's why they use it 🤔.
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet.
It has a classical feeling in the mouth, but the mild sweetness of low-temperature aging is nice.
But it is like the Nada sake I drank once upon a time 🤔.
By the way, I only know Hakutsuru's sake as Hakutsuru◯. まつちよShichiriki by Morita Shobei, the brewer of Sakuta and Komaizumi.
Only seven liquor stores in Aomori Prefecture carry this sake.
The aroma on the nose is fruity and sweet.
In the mouth, there is a mild sweetness and umami from the rice.
The slight acidity finishes it off nicely.
It is fire-aged but still fresh and delicious 😊.
Morita Shobei makes beautiful sake.
I hope they keep up the good work even though they are not so popular. まつちよKikunoi no Kyu○ "Kyumaru" reads.
As the name suggests, it was made in February and matured (unsold?) for more than half a year. This is also a Hanafuki sake🍶.
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it retains the freshness of nama-zake, but also has a mild sweetness with a slight sweetness like light brown sugar.
It also has a slight spiciness and a nice sharpness.
This was delicious 😊.
Maybe because it was left to rest 🤔. chikaDelicious stuff 😋.
Dragged me into the sake 🍶 swamp 🍶. まつちよI knew it 😆.
This is delicious 😋🍶. まつちよThis is my favorite Hachitsuru hiyaoroshi sake.
This is also a Hanafuki sake🍶.
I forgot to take a picture of the glass, but it had a yellowish color for a hiyaoroshi sake.
The first aroma is mellow and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a thick, mellow, honey-like flavor and sweetness.
This year's Hachizuru hiyaoroshi has a strong umami (flavor).
I wonder if this is the one that they let the December release of Tsuru label Tokujun Arabashiri sit for a while? 🤔
It was pretty tasty 🍶✨ chikaThere's Stamina Sauce Tare: 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
than sake 🍶.
I had my eye on that one 🤣🤣🤣 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
