This is a Junmai Ginjo Hanasoui🌾 from Hakutsuru. This is the first Hwaso with the TURU label. We had the first sip 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has the full-bodied sweetness and umami that is typical of Hwasoi🌾 with a slight acidity that finishes off the taste. It was delicious 🍶✨️ I want to buy a bottle and drink it at home 🤔

This is Hato Masamune's Summer Jun. For me, this is one of the sake that makes me think "summer has come! I think, "Summer is here! The initial aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a refreshing acidity with a slight astringency that finishes off the taste. I was concerned about the bitterness because Mr. Manachie wrote that it was a little strong, but I didn't notice any bitterness. Lately, I don't often feel bitterness when I drink sake. Nanashiriki Nana apple 🍎. Hana-Souri 🌾 sake with apple acid yeast 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of acidity that finishes off the taste. Although it says that malic acid yeast is used, the acidity is only accentuated. It is a summer sake, so it is refreshing, but it is a well-balanced sake with a strong sense of the umami of Hanasoui. Tsugaru Peninsula, sold only at 5 liquor stores in Aomori City. I guess you could say it's Ozaki Brewery's version of sake made from the same Hana-Soi🌾 as Shichiriki🙄. I got the first sip 🍶. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The first aroma is slightly sweet, with a hint of acidity and clear sweetness in the mouth. It finishes with a slight astringency. I had just started drinking a bottle of Jyoppari Hi-iri that I had bought at the Aomori Kitasaikan in Iidabashi, and then I saw a notice at Ringo no Hana in Arakicho that they had some new Jyoppari draft sake in stock, so I hurried to compare them 😆 (sake kuzu). First, I tried the hi-ire at home 🍶. The first aroma is a slight acidity and sweetness of rice. It is quite dry on the palate. The taste is a little sweet with a hint of acidity. It finishes with a slight bitterness. It is like a calm sake that has been fire-aged. Then, we went to Ringo no Hana and had a glass of nama-shu (raw sake). The first aroma is slightly acidic and sweet with a hint of rice. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight acidity and a light sweetness. The slight astringent taste gives it a sharp finish. The sweet aroma is a little stronger in the nama-shu, so you can feel the sweetness. If you want to drink it on its own, it might be the nama-shu, but I felt that both were food sake. Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama-shu from Ando Suigun 🏴‍☠️. Koji: Hanabukiyuki🌾Kakemai: Mashigure🌾. We got almost the bottom of the bottle🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a full-bodied flavor with a hint of millet sugar. The finish is crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Aomori sake. La la la la ♫ Sake made by Sekinoi Sake Brewery using Tsubaki yeast developed by Hachinohe National College of Technology 🍶. It's not Maki Ohguro 😌. I don't think it has much of an overtone. I don't know much about camellia flower aroma. Sweet and sour on the palate. It has a refreshing acidity and a refreshing sweetness. It is refreshing thanks to the acidity. It was a modern sake that didn't look like Sekinoi including the label. It was delicious ✨🍶. The third one is sauteed yam with butter 🥔.

Shichiriki Spring Shibori Nama Sake. This is the first time to drink Nanashiriki Nama Sake. This is a sake made with Hwasoi🌾. The aroma on the nose is sweet and glossy. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the full-bodied sweetness that is typical of Hwasoi 🌾, and it finishes off smoothly and beautifully. Hanasou is a crossbreed of Hanabukiyuki and Yamadanishiki, and it is a good sake rice that has inherited the advantages of both. It was so good that I drank the whole glass at once. Sekinoi Sake Brewery's Prayer Water. Sake available only at liquor stores in Higashidori Village🍶. The top aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, it has a unique flavor with a slight sense of maturity. The sweetness is moderate and the sharpness is good. It is less peculiar and easier to drink than KANRATATEMA and Hokuyuu, which are also brewed by the same brewery. I wonder if this peculiar taste is a warehouse peculiarity 🤔. I guess it would be delicious with local ingredients in Shimokita. It went well with horse sashimi (no picture). It was delicious✨

It is a Hakkouda Oroshi Gin-Sen 🍶. The daiginjo I've had before is 100% Hanabukiyuki, but this one has koji as Hanabukiyuki🌾 and kake as Mashigure🍚. The top aroma is slightly sweet. This is the new Mutsu Otokoyama sake🍶. I think it has been since I tasted it when I visited the brewery the year before last. The first aroma is slightly fruity and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it has a clean sweetness with a hint of soft acidity and sharpness. The nose has a hint of refreshing acidity. It's the best sake at a reasonable price 🍶✨️ It went well with the cold smoked mackerel I ordered for my entrée 😊.
