I received this from 🙇‍♂️ I was expecting it to be dry, but it is! It's different from the sake I usually drink, but sometimes it's good. It's crisp and clean and goes well with all kinds of food.

Today's bottle is my favorite, Genmai. We were lucky enough to get it, but we don't have much in stock, so we'll open the bottle right away. Yamadanishiki, which we drink the most! Needless to say, the sweetness and slight bitterness are perfectly balanced! The perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of bitterness! It's still good no matter how many times I drink it.

The first time I drank Nabeshima was this one, the first Green Label in about 4 years. The pleasant opening sound of the bottle→Look forward to it! Fresh and juicy with a sweet aroma 😋. I was able to re-confirm that it's really good 🤔. It was so hot today that I forgot it was sake and just wanted to go gulp it down 😅. Yesterday I won 🏌️‍♂️ my boss who usually can't win ⛳️2 times in a row, so I'm feeling good about it👍

Today is my first time in Daishinshu, and like the last time I checked in, it's a treat 🤔. The aroma is not so assertive 🤔. When you take a sip, you'll find that it goes in as smoothly as the name suggests 😋. The fact that even a single sip can completely change the way you feel about sake is one of the deepest aspects of sake.

I had only a small amount to drink last night and opened the bottle in a hurry. Today, I took the time to drink it again 😋. It is made with all the Hitogochi from Shinshu! I bought it thinking, "If it says 'All Hitogochi from Shinshu', there is no doubt about it! I bought it thinking that I was right. The sweetness of the hibigochi is so refreshing! I love the taste! It's cheap, but it's excellent.

Today's Kuroemon XVI and Kinmon Nishiki have high expectations 😋. I like Kinmon-nishiki because of its rich sweetness, but this one is surprisingly acidic and crisp 😋. It's so good, I have no complaints! Nagano brewery x Kinmonniki = the best 😃!

The second small liquor store in a small town, Silver Foil Nishibori. I wonder if this one is for locals 🤔 as the brewery is famous for not being open outside the gate. It was hot today, so I had a beer 🍺 and then switched to Nishibori. It has a slightly sweet aroma and the mouthfeel is sweet but just right. A little tangy depending on the temperature and food pairing! Good kicker Tochigi Ai 🥰 at a liquor store I'm entering for the first time.

A small liquor store in a small town. I knew it had been around for a long time, but I went in because they had recently cleaned up the exterior. As I expected, there were only a few, but they had some sake for the local market 😁. Bidatsuru! Not as flashy as Houou Mita, but it has a very nice aroma 😋. It is sweet and fruity on the palate with a nice rice flavor 🌾. I've always wanted to try this sake and I love Tochigi 🥰.

I bought this sake that I had seen here and there at Sake-no-Wa. I see you are the brewery that produces Tagaji 🤔. The denim label is stylish 😎. It has a melon taste when you drink it. It's so fresh! This is excellent for the price! I found a good drink👍

Yesterday, I was out at 6 a.m. and went to a yakitori restaurant run by a classmate with my friends in the evening💨. I quenched my thirst with homemade Umeshu (plum wine) and then asked for Yudo (Japanese sake). The bottle was unfamiliar to me and I checked it out 🤔It tasted as classic as it looked, but I was wondering if this is what my father used to drink in the past 😋. The characteristic liver in the picture is excellent and goes perfectly with sake👌. I was exhausted after working out early in the morning every day, but it was a fun time 😀. I was surprised that I fell asleep while taking a shower when I got home😅.

It was hot and humid today, so we rehydrated ourselves with beer before the sun came up and then went to Sakunohana♪ Just because it's called Hitogokochi, you expect it to be safe and consistently delicious 😁. The elegant aroma and sweetness sinks in. And yet it has a nice sharpness 👌 Nagano has a high level of quality 👍

A junior employee of my company went to Mie on a business trip and bought me a bottle of Tenka Nishiki, saying that he could not buy it now. The first attack is very strong. Yesterday we went out for drinks with our neighbors again 🚶. We went to the same restaurant as last time 🚶. We started with 3 different kinds of drinks, but when I checked, I chose the classic unadulterated one just like last time 😅 I can rest assured. Sentori Classic Innocent It has a fresh sweetness and comes in crisp and clean. Perfect for the start 👌 Jikin Tokusyu Hi-iri It is always delicious 😋. Rich sweetness and umami 👍 Sharaku Junmai Unfiltered Nama It is fruity but has a dignified strength. It's like a crisp sake with a straight collar 🫡. I also remember drinking Tobiroki, Wataya, Sakura Ohanami, Mimuro Sugi, Houou Mita Yuzu, and one other type of sake, but I can't remember 😆. We ended up at a friend's house for highballs 🍻.

Today is my debut in grass baseball, although I am playing as a helper for a young team. The other team was made up of young players in their early twenties, most of whom had been on a prestigious team that competed in the Koshien (Japan's National High School Baseball Championship). Their power was off the charts 😩. It was fun to be on the field for the first time in 30+ years as a player with a good sense of urgency 😩. It got quite hot during the day today, so we quenched our thirst with a beer first and then went to Senkou to enjoy the cherry blossoms 🌸. The local cherry blossoms are in full bloom, so I thought today would be a good day to open the bottle. The aroma of Sentori is in full bloom and the sourness of Sentori is perfect for today's hot weather. The cherry color is also good. The fourth one, Smooth Cheetah Pistachio, is also quite good with a savory aroma👍.

I finally got around to drinking the much talked about Yamazan 😋. Just seeing the slight bubbles from the opening of the bottle and pouring it into a glass gives me high expectations â The aroma is also good enough to make you imagine sweet and sour. The light sweetness and acidity make it a slurp👍. It is indeed a much talked-about sake. The price is also very kind and I would like to repeat 🔁 if the distributor is close to me 😊.
