Today, I participated in a light first practice ⚾️ for the company's adult baseball team. I never thought I would be playing baseball in my late 40's, but I'm really excited to try it😅. Today, after pushing myself hard for the first time in a long time, I wanted to drink a gentle sake, so I went to San-do. The champagne-like mouthfeel, sweetness and bitterness, and the tenderness of 13 degrees will soak in 😋umai! I like the aroma too 👍 I'm worried if I'll be able to move tomorrow morning when I wake up 🤣.

Today's Otters! I got this one from an acquaintance I went out drinking with on New Year's Day. He said he bought a lot but couldn't take it all to his new post 🥹. When opened, it has a fresh and appealing spontaneity, and when poured into a glass, it has a gorgeous Ottersai-like aroma and a noble sweetness 🤔 on the palate. I'll enjoy it 😋.

I stocked up today and opened the bottle as soon as I got home. It's a little bit of a "oriented" wine, but only a little bit. The aroma is assertive, just like Hakusen. Compared to the fruity Hakusen I've had in the past, this one feels quite crisp and dry. The moderate bitterness accents the taste 🤔. I will chill it again and drink it again later 😋.

Today is my first time at Boshimaya! I'm looking forward to seeing how it will be with Omachi and white malted rice 🤔. The aroma is a bit tangy and a bit yellowish. I feel it has a classical Japanese sake flavor. It is quite crisp and acidic, perhaps because of the white malted rice. It tastes better with a meal than on its own. It's 17 degrees, so keep it low 😊.

Today's bottle opens with Senkou. Classic, innocent and raw! This is a classic sake that I've had outside but haven't had at home in a long time! The aroma alone is enough to get your imagination going 🤔. It must be delicious! Beautiful and fruity but not too sweet with just the right amount of acidity. It's a refreshing and delicious sake 😋. I had it with a hot pot and it flows nicely👍 Definitely Tochigi love 🥰.

Today, a gift from my peers, the fragrance of dreams ♪ Another person gave me some puffer fish fins for fillet sake, so I tried heating it up. The aroma of the puffer fish fins was in my nose, but at the same time, it was a bit dry. Maybe I should have heated it up more 🤔. I think I prefer to drink it cold at the same time because of the familiar taste 🙆. I don't usually heat sake, so it's hard to know how much is best 😓.

Today, the dragon god 🐉. Is Ozeyuki more popular? I am looking forward to hearing that it is made with Hokkaido's sake rice, Comet 🐉. The aroma is mild, but I can tell it has a good sweetness. Drinking out (4), (5), (6) Next is Morishima-san (4). This one has been a while since I've had it. It goes well with a meal. 🍽️ The next one (5) was Tasake's Tokujun 😅. The last 6 seems to have ended with another Jyushiyo 😅. My partner was bottomless and kept going and going and going and I was very drunk 🥴I'm completely over capacity 🤤. I was happy to drink a lot of good sake, but it's expensive in its own way 🫢.

We started off with a highball for the other guy and a three-drink comparison for me: ▶️ We chose Sentori Classic Innocent I haven't had this classic for a long time. I have some left at home, but if I have a bottle of Sentori, I'll order it. It's a classic that I haven't had in a long time. Mimuro Sugi Yamadanishiki It has a good sweetness and a smooth taste. Nabeshima Orange Label It's been quite a while since I've had an orange label. It has a sharpness that is typical of Nabeshima!

Only a few days left in 2023: 🕰️ The national conquest activity started out well, but stalled in the second half 😅I'll see you next year! But we had a fun Sake Life with new encounters... Thank you very much 😊. The last upload of this year was Nanamizu's active nigori. You can tell it is sweet from the aroma. It has a bitter pichiswa taste, but it is sweet. The label on the back says it has the aroma of La France, but to me it has the sweetness of melon. I'm not familiar with La France, which is a fancy name for it 😅. I'll end the year with a series of Tochigi Ai🥰! I don't think I'll have enough time to finish it all before the New Year's Eve, so I'll finish it early. After this, I'll go as far as I can while watching WBC The Finals 🫡.

I see that everyone has been drinking well since Christmas. I'm looking forward to seeing more delicious looking drinks through the beginning of the new year. Today I am drinking a local sake, Yuto Masamune! The introduction said it had the cleanest aroma in the brewery, with a Sake meter rating of +3. It is true that it does not have a strong sweet aroma, and the mouthfeel is clean. It seems to be more dry, but there is a slight sweetness of Omachi in the back of the bottle, which makes you wonder what kind of Omachi there is.

Today I went to a yakitori restaurant run by a classmate of mine. I went with my second son today and he raved about how delicious it was. They didn't have any sake in stock, so we had a bottle of Hououmida's Tsurugi. It is a sake with a nice sharpness while still having the Hououmida character. It is dry, but it is just right to enjoy it while having a snack. I took a good picture of it before eating it today 📷 It was delicious today as well 🤤.

This year again, the annual Hirotogawa Nigori ♪ I'm of the opinion that I mix it from the beginning... A lot of people have already posted about it and the taste is well known! It is so easy to drink that I wonder if it is really 16 degrees Celsius! When the bottle is opened, it's still the same, so it's still very energetic.
