Drinking out (2) Unfortunately, they don't have Jigin and Hiroki on the menu, but there is an off-menu Jyushidai in the fridge 😍. I ordered it without asking the price😅 Wow, it smells so good and fruity 😋. It was fruity from the beginning to the end without any sticking point. Delicious 😊.

Yesterday, I went out for drinks with my neighbors. We started off with a highball for the other guy and a three-drink comparison for me: ▶️ We chose Sentori Classic Innocent I haven't had this classic for a long time. I have some left at home, but if I have a bottle of Sentori, I'll order it. It's a classic that I haven't had in a long time. Mimuro Sugi Yamadanishiki It has a good sweetness and a smooth taste. Nabeshima Orange Label It's been quite a while since I've had an orange label. It has a sharpness that is typical of Nabeshima!

Only a few days left in 2023: 🕰️ The national conquest activity started out well, but stalled in the second half 😅I'll see you next year! But we had a fun Sake Life with new encounters... Thank you very much 😊. The last upload of this year was Nanamizu's active nigori. You can tell it is sweet from the aroma. It has a bitter pichiswa taste, but it is sweet. The label on the back says it has the aroma of La France, but to me it has the sweetness of melon. I'm not familiar with La France, which is a fancy name for it 😅. I'll end the year with a series of Tochigi Ai🥰! I don't think I'll have enough time to finish it all before the New Year's Eve, so I'll finish it early. After this, I'll go as far as I can while watching WBC The Finals 🫡.

I see that everyone has been drinking well since Christmas. I'm looking forward to seeing more delicious looking drinks through the beginning of the new year. Today I am drinking a local sake, Yuto Masamune! The introduction said it had the cleanest aroma in the brewery, with a Sake meter rating of +3. It is true that it does not have a strong sweet aroma, and the mouthfeel is clean. It seems to be more dry, but there is a slight sweetness of Omachi in the back of the bottle, which makes you wonder what kind of Omachi there is.

Today I went to a yakitori restaurant run by a classmate of mine. I went with my second son today and he raved about how delicious it was. They didn't have any sake in stock, so we had a bottle of Hououmida's Tsurugi. It is a sake with a nice sharpness while still having the Hououmida character. It is dry, but it is just right to enjoy it while having a snack. I took a good picture of it before eating it today 📷 It was delicious today as well 🤤.

This year again, the annual Hirotogawa Nigori ♪ I'm of the opinion that I mix it from the beginning... A lot of people have already posted about it and the taste is well known! It is so easy to drink that I wonder if it is really 16 degrees Celsius! When the bottle is opened, it's still the same, so it's still very energetic. It's a weak and gentle drink, but you can't help but gobble it up. Umaai!

Today I went to the same golf course ⛳️ as last month for revenge. Last month it was so windy I could barely stand up straight, but today was calm, sunny, and windless. It was supposed to be a perfect golf day 🏌️‍♂️... The result was exactly the same score 😩I had no excuses and swore I would never go back😅. However, on the way home, I stopped by two liquor stores that I don't get to visit very often. So, I quickly re-chilled the Suitama I bought and had it for my own reflection 😋. When it is chilled well, the sweetness and umami appeal to me. When the temperature rises a little, bitterness and a little spiciness appear and change the impression 🤔. Even if I can't play golf, I can drink good sake 🆗.

Today we went out for a drink at a yakitori restaurant run by a classmate 😋. We had Mutsu Hachisen Midori label. It's delicious, fruity and aromatic.... I was drunk because I had it all at once along with the yakitori, which is their specialty. It was delicious and went well with the meal. The yakitori was great and the stewed motsu was delicious 😋. The take-out yakisoba was also delicious 😋😋.

If you are a member of Tochigi Prefecture, you must drink Kirifuri, and I finally bought it at a roadside station during my expedition. I bought a bottle of Tokujun, which has the aroma and acidity of Sentori itself 😋, but it is more rounded than the usual Sentori. I haven't had Sentori in about 5 months because I thought I could drink it anytime, but Kirifuri is good too👍. I'd like to try Junmai Ginjo someday.

I wanted to try Mikotsuru Nigori... I stocked up on it during my golf outing. I was nervous when I opened the bottle, but I was totally fine. The silky mouthfeel and good balance make it very easy to drink 😋! It's so easy to drink that it doesn't feel like it's 16%. It's so smooth! The third one is a shrine near where I went to stock up today: ⛩️ It was so beautiful and spectacularly colored that I stopped the car and snapped this photo 📷. When I'm feeling tired, nature heals me, and I usually just pass by 😆.

Today, I have been curious for a long time about Kuroemon XVI ♪ My first Kuroemon was Aizan's 13th, so I knew it would be my favorite already! I haven't had Ozeyuki in about 10 months 🍈. Melon🍈 on the store popup, honey apple🍎 on the back label, either way it must be delicious😋 and lightly cloudy! I drank it and thought "ah, I knew it". It's delicious 😋. It has a strong yet crisp flavor like honey apple and a slight bitterness from the sweetness like a young melon! It's the best 👍

This is a collaboration between Rafa and kan. When I got home, I had some edamame and oden, so I decided to try Aki-shika because I thought it would be good for sake. I served it half cold and half lukewarm. The cold sake is a harmony of the aroma of the sake and the aroma of the cypress wood in the bowl, while the lukewarm sake is mellower and more pleasant to the nose!
