It felt hot today with the temperature rising. Koshien is in full swing and when it gets hot, it's baseball season ⚾️ I also bought a new pair of spikes and I'm going to play baseball with a high spirit 😁. After returning home, I quenched my thirst with a snowman ⛄️ and then had my first Wataya and Harumawata... ♪ Wataya is a sake I've been wanting to try. It has a soft sweetness with a moderate aroma and can be served with a meal 😋. I was on a roll, ate too much, drank too much, and got drunk 🤤.

Next, here is a gift from Kotori-san... for those of you who have not checked in yet 😊. I was a little scared to drink it because of the alcohol content of 18.5 degrees, but I felt it was a dangerous sake with a strong flavor and very easy to drink. If I had not known the alcohol content and just gulped it down, it would have been a knockout 😋. Thanks to the Prefectural Association, we have two maps painted, thank you very much 🙇‍♂️

The other day at the Tochigi Pref! Of course we toasted with Tochigi sake, but this time I'd like to raise 🦎san provided by the J & N family. The sweetness that comes in a flash and then quickly fades away is 👍😋. Map painting with the help of my friends 🗾🗾. The people I haven't seen in a long time are still the same, and with the addition of new friends, we have machine gun talk & laughter from the moment we meet 😊. I left early for the last train after getting drunk, but I was so tired during the day that I fell asleep on the train😅. When I woke up, the train was past the station closest to my house 😲I sorted things out in my head and searched for trains in the opposite direction, and I was lucky because there were still some trains going down, but I almost went to Omiya station 🤣.

Today my second son has the flu B😷. It started with A this season, then became coona, and now today it's B and complete 😵. I am sorry for my second son but I will drink it in my routine. My first Gagakuyo is a fire-in... 😵. The sound of the bottle opening is very delicious. The aroma is promising, but when you drink it, the apple-like sweetness spreads and it goes in smoothly. It is easy to drink at 12.5 degrees Celsius. The gasiness and acidity make it even more delicious 🤔. And when it is left to stand, it becomes mild and smooth. It's good 😋.

Following on from last time, today we have another Tochigi sake, Hououmida no Yoshi! I've had this one before and I'm sure I've already confirmed that it's good, so you can rest assured that I'm going to enjoy it 😋. However, the sake rice is different from the last time, Yuyamanishiki! The aroma is so nice! The nose is voluptuous! High level of flavor, sweetness and strength. ⭕️ It's still delicious 😋. I recommend it 👍and love Tochigi 🥰.

It was very cold again today, but we only had shuwashu, so we had Hououmida wine cell sparkling 🍷🫧. I love the aroma 🤔. At first I didn't think it was this schwashy, but after a bit it calms down. The aroma is also intriguing 😋 after it sits for a bit. The sweet and bitter is exquisite 👍 Easy to drink but it's 16 degrees and I'm sure I'll be drunk when I realize it 🥰 Tochigi love 🥰.

It's a cold day and all we have is shwah 😅Senkou, Dobrok 😋. I've never had Dobrok, but I was looking forward to it because if Sentori does it, I'll have to drink it... 😋. When the bottle was opened, the dance party started with a bang 💃. The aroma is fresh like Sentori, quite fizzy with a nice bitter sourness 🤔 I can also feel the graininess 🤔. I've never had a Dobrok so I can't compare it to others, but it's good🙆. Tochigi Ai 🥰, which is slurpy at 13 degrees while feeling nature.

Today we went to a classmate's yakitori restaurant 🚙 because it was called eating out. I was told that my classmate would be coming over today, and furthermore, I met an acquaintance from a baseball connection and a local senior for the first time in a long time. The world is small🤔. And today's sake was drunken whale and ginrei. I had an image that drunken whales are dry, but this one is not so much. It is fresh, refreshing, and easy to drink. Today, I participated in a light first practice ⚾️ for the company's adult baseball team. I never thought I would be playing baseball in my late 40's, but I'm really excited to try it😅. I stocked up today and opened the bottle as soon as I got home. It's a little bit of a "oriented" wine, but only a little bit. The aroma is assertive, just like Hakusen. Compared to the fruity Hakusen I've had in the past, this one feels quite crisp and dry. The moderate bitterness accents the taste 🤔. I will chill it again and drink it again later 😋.

Today is my first time at Boshimaya! I'm looking forward to seeing how it will be with Omachi and white malted rice 🤔. The aroma is a bit tangy and a bit yellowish. I feel it has a classical Japanese sake flavor. It is quite crisp and acidic, perhaps because of the white malted rice. It tastes better with a meal than on its own. It's 17 degrees, so keep it low 😊.
