A junior employee of my company went to Mie on a business trip and bought me a bottle of Tenka Nishiki, saying that he could not buy it now. The first attack is very strong. Yesterday we went out for drinks with our neighbors again 🚶. We went to the same restaurant as last time 🚶. We started with 3 different kinds of drinks, but when I checked, I chose the classic unadulterated one just like last time 😅 I can rest assured. Sentori Classic Innocent It has a fresh sweetness and comes in crisp and clean. Perfect for the start 👌 Jikin Tokusyu Hi-iri It is always delicious 😋. Rich sweetness and umami 👍 Sharaku Junmai Unfiltered Nama It is fruity but has a dignified strength. It's like a crisp sake with a straight collar 🫡. I also remember drinking Tobiroki, Wataya, Sakura Ohanami, Mimuro Sugi, Houou Mita Yuzu, and one other type of sake, but I can't remember 😆. We ended up at a friend's house for highballs 🍻.

My favorite store started carrying it quite a while ago, but I finally got it. The aroma is very fruity 😚. The sweet and juicy taste is just what I was expecting! The sweetness spreads out in a big way 😋. And yet it is surprisingly sharp! I like the concept of this sake👍

Today is my debut in grass baseball, although I am playing as a helper for a young team. The other team was made up of young players in their early twenties, most of whom had been on a prestigious team that competed in the Koshien (Japan's National High School Baseball Championship). Their power was off the charts 😩. It was fun to be on the field for the first time in 30+ years as a player with a good sense of urgency 😩. It got quite hot during the day today, so we quenched our thirst with a beer first and then went to Senkou to enjoy the cherry blossoms 🌸. The local cherry blossoms are in full bloom, so I thought today would be a good day to open the bottle. The aroma of Sentori is in full bloom and the sourness of Sentori is perfect for today's hot weather. The cherry color is also good. The fourth one, Smooth Cheetah Pistachio, is also quite good with a savory aroma👍.

I finally got around to drinking the much talked about Yamazan 😋. Just seeing the slight bubbles from the opening of the bottle and pouring it into a glass gives me high expectations â The aroma is also good enough to make you imagine sweet and sour. The light sweetness and acidity make it a slurp👍. It is indeed a much talked-about sake. The price is also very kind and I would like to repeat 🔁 if the distributor is close to me 😊.

Next, here is a gift from Kotori-san... for those of you who have not checked in yet 😊. I was a little scared to drink it because of the alcohol content of 18.5 degrees, but I felt it was a dangerous sake with a strong flavor and very easy to drink. If I had not known the alcohol content and just gulped it down, it would have been a knockout 😋. Thanks to the Prefectural Association, we have two maps painted, thank you very much 🙇‍♂️

The other day at the Tochigi Pref! Of course we toasted with Tochigi sake, but this time I'd like to raise 🦎san provided by the J & N family. The sweetness that comes in a flash and then quickly fades away is 👍😋. Map painting with the help of my friends 🗾🗾. The people I haven't seen in a long time are still the same, and with the addition of new friends, we have machine gun talk & laughter from the moment we meet 😊. I left early for the last train after getting drunk, but I was so tired during the day that I fell asleep on the train😅. When I woke up, the train was past the station closest to my house 😲I sorted things out in my head and searched for trains in the opposite direction, and I was lucky because there were still some trains going down, but I almost went to Omiya station 🤣.

Today my second son has the flu B😷. It started with A this season, then became coona, and now today it's B and complete 😵. I am sorry for my second son but I will drink it in my routine. My first Gagakuyo is a fire-in... 😵. The sound of the bottle opening is very delicious. The aroma is promising, but when you drink it, the apple-like sweetness spreads and it goes in smoothly. Following on from last time, today we have another Tochigi sake, Hououmida no Yoshi! I've had this one before and I'm sure I've already confirmed that it's good, so you can rest assured that I'm going to enjoy it 😋. However, the sake rice is different from the last time, Yuyamanishiki! The aroma is so nice! The nose is voluptuous! High level of flavor, sweetness and strength. ⭕️ It's still delicious 😋. I recommend it 👍and love Tochigi 🥰.

It was very cold again today, but we only had shuwashu, so we had Hououmida wine cell sparkling 🍷🫧. I love the aroma 🤔. At first I didn't think it was this schwashy, but after a bit it calms down. The aroma is also intriguing 😋 after it sits for a bit. The sweet and bitter is exquisite 👍 Easy to drink but it's 16 degrees and I'm sure I'll be drunk when I realize it 🥰 Tochigi love 🥰.

It's a cold day and all we have is shwah 😅Senkou, Dobrok 😋. I've never had Dobrok, but I was looking forward to it because if Sentori does it, I'll have to drink it... 😋. When the bottle was opened, the dance party started with a bang 💃. The aroma is fresh like Sentori, quite fizzy with a nice bitter sourness 🤔 I can also feel the graininess 🤔. I've never had a Dobrok so I can't compare it to others, but it's good🙆. Tochigi Ai 🥰, which is slurpy at 13 degrees while feeling nature.

Today we went to a classmate's yakitori restaurant 🚙 because it was called eating out. I was told that my classmate would be coming over today, and furthermore, I met an acquaintance from a baseball connection and a local senior for the first time in a long time. The world is small🤔. And today's sake was drunken whale and ginrei. I had an image that drunken whales are dry, but this one is not so much. It is fresh, refreshing, and easy to drink. We enjoyed it with our standard yakitori and motsu nimono.
