Mr. Otani won the first game in Major League Baseball! Yesterday, I was also in the semi-finals of the Fall Tournament for mature baseball players. 🏟️ I was the starting pitcher, then shortstop, then closer, which is something I don't usually do, so I was standing on the mound for the last time with both my legs in pain 😓. As a result, we won the game and advanced to the finals, which was unbelievable from the time we started up 😲. I couldn't drink sake yesterday, so today I had my favorite sake, Hana Yuu's Omachi 😋. I know it's good, so I'm reconfirming 🤔. Hi, it's as good as ever 🤔. If you like Omachi + Hanayuup, you can't go wrong! The voluminous sweetness and flavor of Oumachi is irresistible 😋. It soaks into your tired body gently 😋!

Farewell party for my company today 🎓. It's a chain restaurant, so I didn't expect anything but a toast 🍻. I saw a menu with a variety of dishes other than the all-you-can-drink menu, so I ordered one of them 😝. I remember I've had Asahi rice before, but it was delicious again! The sweet and gorgeous aroma raised my expectations and it was great on its own or with a meal. It's been a long time since I've had this one! It's still delicious 😋!

Sake is getting more and more seasonal 😋😋. Today's sake is Hakurakusei's special pure cold wholesale sake. A slightly spicy sake with a strong umami flavor and a crisp acidity for a nice crisp finish! As always, a tasty and affordable sake for a meal 👍.

It's finally 400, after a long standstill due to the recent heat and the flurry of activity! After 6 months since we started the adult baseball team, we finally got our first win today 🏆 It was nice to be able to play in the main ballpark even though it was a municipal ballpark. 🏟️ I also celebrated with a toast to the return of Nobby and Tsubu-chan. I started with a beer, Jikin! Hakutsuru-nishiki is somehow precious to me! I wonder if it's still not widely available in Japan 🤔. It's more like a crisp, high-end fruit with beautiful acidity than the juicy, rich flavor of Jikin 😋. Well, it's Jikin, so it's all 🆗😁.

Today's Otter Twenty-Three Percent ✨ When we had Otters at a drinking party, I gave it to my boss who is from Yamaguchi, and he said he would buy me a good one next time he goes back home! Thanks for the drink 😋. I've only had 45 so far, so I'm happy though 3 deci ☺️ The sweet Otter-like aroma appeals to me 📣. The hint of fruit 🍐. It has a pear-like sweetness, but it's beautiful without being overpowering! Every time I go back, I'm begging for more 😁.

I bought it because it comes up in recommendations frequently. I've received a few seasonal ones, but I think it's been a while since I've had a standard one 🤔. To begin with, Akabu has been empty for more than 2 years😅. Well, here it is, The aroma is not so much but when you take a sip, it's juicy fruity 😋. Hey, this is the one I like even though I don't know if Akabu is like this 😊. Maybe I like it better than the seasonal ones! I'm taking it while fantasizing about how good the top brews are 👍

Sake sent by a customer to a sales person at my office 😁. I was thinking that I didn't know about this brand, but I was grateful for the sake 😋. I checked and it's from Hanzo 🤔. I've never had Hanzo either, but I'll have a Tokubei! I'm quite nervous about my first one, but it's pretty good! It's mellow and umami-guchi, with a slight spiciness as the temperature rises. I like it cold! Thank you very much!

Mowed the lawn today 💦 after taking a paid day off. I wanted to go out for a beer right afterwards, but I had to hold off because I had to go somewhere in the evening 😬. I didn't have any beer at home, so I bought some on the way home and put it in the freezer. I couldn't resist and had it with ice. The first Fukkai from beer! It's a very refreshing and acidic beer. It's quite crisp and acidic 🤔. I thought it would go in smoothly, but it's 14 degrees. It goes in like water in a good way 😋.

I was lucky that my once-a-month web meeting was interrupted thanks to the system failure, but my PC was also damaged on my way home 😱. I'll go home and have a drink... I drank out yesterday and today too! Company drinking party🍻 at a beer hall🍺. We toasted with beer and then went on to sake! There are only Suginamiki and Shikizakura, but I'll go for it anyway! It's not my favorite, but I felt the Shiki Sakura was dry 🤔. After a few drinks, I switched to beer again 🍻. Checked in at Utsunomiya Brewery 📝, which I've probably never had before.

We were enjoying a metaphysical dinner at home and decided to go out because we didn't want to cook dinner, so we went to a yakitori restaurant run by a classmate of ours 🚙. When I entered the restaurant, I was surprised! Two other classmates were there! I didn't expect to see them again 🫢. It was already almost ready, but since we were there, we decided to have a Keitora, which we had never had before 😋. It's a very light sake, typical of Niigata sake! It's quite dry! Great to drink with a snack! I'm going to finish it!

Hi 🙋‍♂️ Today we open a bottle of Jikkoman! It's a fire-iruished sake with Gohyakumangoku as the main ingredient! It's not as rich, sweet, and bitter as the rice used to make it, but it's gentle and has a Jikin-like flavor 😋. I think it is quite refreshing and crisp among Jikin 🤔. It's still delicious 🫡.

Urasato is located next door, but has been a distant neighbor for a long time! Mashidaya is now handling it! I went to buy it today, chilled it again and opened the bottle. It's delicious! It is junmai (pure rice), but the well-balanced umami spreads out 😌. It is juicy and fruity with a nice sharpness. The price is very reasonable and I appreciate the taste....
