The second Hiran will be a Seiten 😋. The label says it is inspired by the blue sea and sky of Hirado 🤔. The clean and pleasant acidity gives it a clean and crisp mouthfeel👍. Refreshing! I've never been there, but I can imagine the Hirado blue 😚.

The second bottle of the new Sentori is the same oligarami 😋. The last time I drank it, I felt how good it tasted 🆗 and I thought if I drink this one, I'm good 😋. I saw some people raving about it on social media and I agree 🤔I haven't had any of the others though 😆. The aroma is nice, the flavor and bitterness are perfectly balanced and pitch perfect! It's an oligarami, so I mix it before drinking 😋. The second half of the holiday weekend, my son's club activities have been out from the morning and I'm exhausted, but it was fun to see my old friends gathered and feel nostalgic ☺️ Tochigi love 🥰 with newborn Senkou for my tired body! Tomorrow is early again, but I can't stop 😚.

I haven't bought anything in a long time 🚙. And opened the bottle right away! This is my first Dewa Sanzan at Gakki. The aroma has a slight alcoholiness, but the fusion of acidity and sweetness comes through smoothly 😋.

I know I'm not the only one who is tired 😩, but I'm really tired! I don't work very late, but I don't get off work on time once in April 😱. I'm not working very late, but I haven't had a single day off from work in April 😱. It's been a while since I've had Jigon at home 😋. I have high expectations 🥰. I've been storing it for quite a while, but it's still pichyshwa... The indescribable sweetness bursts in the mouth, and the dignified yet gentle sweetness goes in smoothly 👍. It has no unpleasant taste at all, so it is very relaxing and healing. ☺️ I can't stop drinking it 😁! I can't stop 😁.

Today is cold and rainy, and I'm going crazy because I've been working outside all day from early in the morning 😫. So, I went home and quickly charged up my energy 🍶. It's been a while since I've had this one, but I finally got a bottle of Tasake Tokusyu, a sake for when you're in trouble. It has a slightly sweet aroma and the mouthfeel is like apple honey, but with a dry sharpness! I'm sure it will change a lot depending on the food pairing, but today it's dry and sharp! Let's go to bed early for tomorrow: 🙂‍↕️

Almost in full bloom 🌸 in Utsunomiya on my expedition. It's nice to see it right in front of your eyes👍 I stocked up at Mekada-san during my expedition and opened the bottle 😋. It is crisp and light with a touch of sweetness! The introduction says young apples 🍏, and it is true 🍏. It's sharp and light with a sweet taste. ☺️

It's been a long time since I've been in the Wind Forest 🌳. It's been more than 3 years 😅 The aroma is somehow nostalgic and the effervescence is refreshing! There is a scent of Kaze no Mori, isn't there? I enjoyed it after taking a bath 😋. The nose is pleasant after the first sip 👍 The third one is my first Ichiran debut last week. I think it's so simple that it's not enough if you don't get a double ball 😆.

My favorite Genmai🎶 for the week starting tomorrow. Freshness from the aroma, gentle sweetness and good acidity on the palate 🤔. The Genmai I've had so far has a rich flavor, but Hitogochi🌾 is a beautifully crisp sake! It's so easy to drink 😋.

Drinking out yesterday, continued My friend wanted something spicy, so we went to a local Houou Mita, Tsurugi ⚔️ I've had many Hououmida, but this was my first time to drink it. Hououmida is known for its floral and juicy image, but this one is as dry as the label! It has a strong willpower on the palate, and like ⚔️, it has an excellent sharpness! It is very crisp and the atmosphere has changed completely since then 🤔. My companion, who likes sake but doesn't understand the details, enjoyed it while appreciating the differences 😋.

Drinking out yesterday 😋. Three of my classmates and I got together and one of us might not have seen each other for about 7 years 🤔. But as soon as we see each other, memories of the past come flooding back 🍻! If the price is the same, I'll order it! The sweetness soaks into the beer and the taste is delicious! Then the lady at the restaurant said, "We also have Sake Mirai" 😍! Well, I'll have some then: 🙋‍♂️ This is my first time to try Jikin's Sake Mirai. It's more gorgeous and light, and goes in smoothly. My companion said she liked this one better. We were lucky to have two kinds of Jikin at the right time. ✌️

Happy Valentine's Day 🫶. This year, I got a righteous chocolate🍫 at work again 🙇‍♂️ and even more for me it came with alcohol 😍. I'm a strawberry drink 🍓. Sake made with red rice and tochiotome juice, red 🤔. I was told that the cap was crushed and was about to leak, so I had it as soon as I got home 😋. From the liqueur-like aroma, it has a sweet and sour taste like strawberry shaved ice 🍧! Gobble it up on the rocks 🧊. It was an instant finish but thank you 😊 for the Tochigi love 🥰.

First Koei Kiku in about 2 years 😅 We brought you Sukai-san, one of the most moderately priced in the store inventory😅. It's a refreshing citrusy 🍊🍋 like Koueikiku, but with a hint of sweetness 🤔. It's a 14% alcohol, so it's very easy to drink 😋.

Today's drink is the 2nd Urasato Usu Nigori! This is the 2nd bottle, which I have longed for since my first drink last year! It's a bit of a surprise when you open the lid because I went up and down a few times to mix it before drinking it 😁. I have high expectations for this 2nd drink because of its reputation in the market! And it's still delicious 😋. I don't know what the difference is, but it's delicious! I had it with the best Okaki (🍘Iburi Gakko cheese) and it was also 👍! The smoky aroma and the cheese are well reproduced 🤔I didn't know okaki could go well with sake 😳. Both sake and okaki 👍
