Sake sent by a customer to a sales person at my office 😁.
I was thinking that I didn't know about this brand, but I was grateful for the sake 😋.
I checked and it's from Hanzo 🤔.
I've never had Hanzo either, but I'll have a Tokubei!
I'm quite nervous about my first one, but it's pretty good! It's mellow and umami-guchi, with a slight spiciness as the temperature rises. I like it cold!
