This is a project to have a stiff competition with our rival, Shochiku Ume Pleiades. I wrote the details in Subaru, so here is just an excerpt from Gimpac for the record. The top aroma is a ginjo aroma of pears and apples. The strength of the aroma is about the same as that of Subaru, but GINPAK has a gentler aroma. In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness and moderate acidity. It is gentle, yet very fruity. The aroma is more sweet than the actual taste. Therefore, it is not sticky with sweetness. The slight bitterness coming out from the back is also gentle. Yeah, this is still delicious. It is easy to recommend, especially to those who are not accustomed to drinking sake. It is also easy to obtain. Gimpac is a double winner at this year's IWC (International Wine Challenge), winning both the trophy (first place) in the ordinary sake category and the Great Value Sake, which is selected from sake with a retail price of 1,200 yen or less. Even if you leave it in your mouth for a while, the bitterness only gets slightly bigger and remains mild. But the moment it comes into contact with air in the mouth, the matured acid bitterness is suddenly and unexpectedly released! There is also a little sweetness from the honey. The sweetness of the honey is also present, but it is hidden behind the acid bitterness. The aroma is full of acidity. <Sour Sour Sururi Ultra Dry - KARIZUBACHI! ＞Sour suri Long time no see, Amabuki. This time it is an ultra dry summer sake. It's a cool design, isn't it? But "hiya-ga-den" in a cold garden is a pun, isn't it! Well, I don't dislike this sense of combining the cool design, the goofy and cool "Ryuoh" and the subtle "Reiwa". Let's drink it right away. The aroma is clean and tasty, with a hint of acidity. You can tell just from the aroma. This is a beautiful dry sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slight acidity.
