＜Fluffy, mildly dry, classic
The aroma is just a hint of rice flavor. It is a gentle beauty.
The mouthfeel is soft with a hint of acidity. Then the umami comes in again. Although it is labeled "super dry," it is very soft and fluffy. The sweetness is definitely moderate, but it is very gentle and dry. It has a totally different taste from Beaumichel! Both are delicious.
Eh? She has a sake degree of +12!
It was very dry numerically even though it was so gentle.
The entrée was sardine sashimi. You can't go wrong with such a gentle dry classic anymore.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to Mrs. Kurokawa in "The Wind Rises. At first glance, she may seem a bit dry, but she is a very kind person.
