<Fresh pears of excellent quality.
Junmai Daiginjos of different rice released in four consecutive months. The first one is Akaban Omachi, the top batter.
When the bottle is opened, there is just a puff of air. But at that moment, a fine fruity and deliciously sweet aroma wafts through the air. Ahhh, this is it. Not only have I not drunk it, I haven't even poured it, but it's already delicious. It's not as wild as Momoten's, but it's still fresh even though it's fire-aged.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a fine sweet, bitter and sour taste. Along with the fruity pear flavor, there is a hint of piri refreshing microcarbonation. From there, the elegant sweetness spreads, while the complex flavor comes through. Finally, the bitter alcohol flavor is also present, and the aroma is pleasant. Aaahhh, it's delicious!
The second day.
Whoa! An apple-like sweetness has opened up. This is even more delicious!
This year's first batch was also very impressive. Looking forward to next month's Hiroshimasenbonnishiki!
