<Pineapple flavor. Kudo is a sweet and savory taste. I didn't know there was such a thing as dry kudoi. The top aroma, candy and pineapple sweetness and acidity. What? This is dry! When you put it in your mouth, there is a hint of acidity. From there, the whole flavor spreads out, and a strong alcohol feeling comes in. And then, it is cut off. The slight pineapple flavor is interesting. But it is definitely dry. There is a hint of sweetness, but I think it is just the aroma that makes it sweet, not the taste. This changed when it was close to room temperature! It starts with a clear acidity, and the umami is also very strong. The sweetness is a little less. And then, "Al Zubba"! This is definitely a dry classic. The difference is interesting. I think it's more in its element at room temperature. However, I personally like it at about 5℃, which is a bit cooler. Well, I guess it's a matter of taste. If I were to compare him to Akio Kazama from "From Up On Poppy Hill" in Ghibli, I would say that he is the father of Shun Kazama. He is Shun Kazama's "father. He is like a classic Showa era father with a dry tongue. Degree of liking: ★★★☆☆☆ The full version of this blog will be posted on the blog, complete with character images. <Rose yeast, mild sweetness, acidity, ripeness Sake made from yeast isolated from crimson roses "Mr. Lincoln". The aroma is slightly sweet and sugary, with a hint of lemon and a mysterious richness. The palate has a gentle sweetness and a lovely lactic acidity. There is also a slight matured flavor. From there, the sweetness and lemon acidity spread and disappear in a flash. It is a beautiful sake. The aftertaste is also beautiful, and before you know it, it's gone. As the temperature rises, the acid bitterness of the lemon comes out a little, which is also pretty. It's a very gentle sake, with the youthfulness of lemon, but also a sense of maturity, which is very strange. If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Dora from "The Witch's Delivery Service. She is the cute grandmother who comes to buy medicine for Kiki's mother. <The fresh yeast yeast, full-bodied, and this time, gentle. The last one I drank was super fresh and fruity with acidity that went through the roof, and it wasn't gentle at all! How about this time? Oh! The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild, and the body is very slight, like a sake yeast yeast strain. The mouthfeel is tingling and slightly carbonated. It starts with a slight lactic acidity, followed by a gentle sweet umami. The umami swells up a little, but it disappears nicely. There is almost no aftertaste. However, the aroma is a rich, acidic, umami flavor from the sake's traditional sake brewing method. Yes, this one was very gentle. It is not fruity, but it is refreshing and is indeed a summer sake. The hint of aroma has a hint of the characteristic of the traditional sake, but it is not unpleasant. It is a good sake for those who like sake making, and it is also good as an introduction to sake making. If we compare it to Ghibli's "My Neighbor Totoro," Tatsuo Kusakabe is the father of Satsuki and Mei. He is the father of Satsuki and Mei. He is kind and gentle. But he has his own peculiar voice that is not like Shigesato Itoi's voice actors. Liked: ★★★★ I will post the full version on my blog, complete with character images and other information. <Sweet and sour, sweet and sour, bitter and bitter. The top aroma is of a delicious muscat with a hint of rice flavor. When you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweet and sour taste is clear. But then the bitterness comes in. It is a cute bitterness. The aroma has a slight sweetness and the richness of the sake yeast. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter. According to the lady at the store, this was the fourth day after the bottle was opened. There was more acidity on the first day, but it has calmed down. I probably like it better today. If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the girl in the striped dress in "The Witch's Delivery Service". She is one of Dragonfly's friends. <Wild, tasty, carnivorous. The aroma is a robust taste of grain nuts. The sweetness of banana and sugarcane is also soft. When you put it in your mouth, you are suddenly hit with a powerful thump. The taste is mainly grain, but also lactic acid, banana, bamboo grass, and syrup. Various tastes rush into the mouth at once. The aroma is also strong from the moment you put it in your mouth. And the strong alcohol taste is also a big whiff. The aftertaste has a delicious flavor like the smell of gunpowder left after a blast. The beautiful label is deceptive, but this baby is a carnivore. This is no zoo animal. He is ferocious and wild. He has the presence of a champion, but if you show him an opening, he will knock you down with his strong strength. The acidity spreads further, and the umami and alcohol gradually increase. It was just as the label depicted, a refreshing, dry sake. Refreshingly sour, dry, and umami. There is almost no sweetness. The dish was sea bream sashimi served with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice). The refreshing acidity of the ponzu and the umami of the sea bream were combined with the refreshing umami of the sake. <Fluffy, mildly dry, classic The aroma is just a hint of rice flavor. It is a gentle beauty. The mouthfeel is soft with a hint of acidity. Then the umami comes in again. Although it is labeled "super dry," it is very soft and fluffy. The sweetness is definitely moderate, but it is very gentle and dry. It has a totally different taste from Beaumichel! Both are delicious. Eh? She has a sake degree of +12! It was very dry numerically even though it was so gentle. The entrée was sardine sashimi. You can't go wrong with such a gentle dry classic anymore. If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to Mrs. Kurokawa in "The Wind Rises. <Aged bitter-sweet sururi, 2 months old Yonekawa-san was drunk just two months ago. I was looking at it here and thought it was hard to lose. My impression last time was that it was a classic regular sake, with an interesting taste centered on bitterness. To be honest, it was not my favorite type. It was a 3 on my favorite scale. However, the lady at the store told me, "Try this one. It tastes different. So, I repeated the same saké that had been open for two months. As before, the aroma is almost imperceptible. I think there is a faint honey taste. When I put it in my mouth, oh wow! Totally different! Two months ago, it was a little less sweet and a little more bitter, but the bitterness has mellowed and the sweetness has clearly increased. The bitterness has become mellower and the sweetness has clearly increased. And there is a gentle sense of aging. It's delicious! <It has a unique depth to it, a certain flamboyance. The aroma is gentle, with a hint of melon and rice flavor. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the carbonation. Oh, the gasiness is stronger than expected. As expected, there is a label warning against opening the bottle. At first, there is a slight bitterness like carbonation and sweet fruity melon-banana. Refreshingly modern sweet and sour fluffy. Then, the initial bitterness retracts for a moment, but a different bitterness emerges at the end. Interesting! It's gorgeous. As expected of 1801 yeast. And I enjoy the unique flavor in that gorgeousness. Nutty and woodsy. This gives it a nice depth. It was delicious~. If I had to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say Sandra from "Red Pig". <"Pears in ecstasy, sweet and bitter. Aruzoe sake with a list price of 2,000 yen. It is the standard of Jyushidai. The aroma is of pear bitterness with a hint of alcohol. Fruity sweet acidity and clear but attractive bitterness. And the beautiful alcohol feeling is already happy. In the mouth, it is fresh, slightly tangy, and peary. <Pirisshwa, a little dry, balanced. The first impression on the palate is a slight sourness with a hint of tanginess. From there, a gentle, well-balanced sweet, sour, bitter, and umami taste softly appears, and then quickly recedes. It is a little bit dry and a little bit sour. The acidity and bitterness are lemon, and the sweetness and umami have a rice-like feel. What is wonderful about this sake is its fragrance. A complex and refreshing breeze, with various flavors mixed around the alcohol, blows through the mouth in a whiff. Umami! There were only two slices of sea bream left in the entrée, but you could drink sake just from the soy sauce that followed. In fact, it tastes so good. What a "stiff-necked" label. The rice used is "Gin-Otome", but there is not the slightest hint of the "Otome" element. Now, let's drink it to see if there are any maiden elements in the flavor. The aroma is mature sweet and sour caramelized bitterness. Wow, this is very strong! When you put it in your mouth, you will suddenly feel a strong acidity and sweetness. From there, the acidity swells further, while the sweet and delicious bitterness also grows rapidly. The aroma and aftertaste are both full of matured acidity, bitterness, and sweetness. Yes, it was a thick, stiff, perverted sake (a word of praise). There was no maiden element. And it was delicious! I was looking it up and found out that this guy is a "leave it out, play with it, room temperature is fine" kind of guy. I understand! I certainly want to leave it at room temperature!
