＜Refreshing herbal bitterness and alcohol.
Almost no aroma, but slight honey lemon.
Mouthfeel is mild. Hmm? Thin? I thought, but then all the flavors fluffily open up at the same time. Wow, it's delicious. From there, the alu bitterness goes even further.
The fresh herbal-like bitterness and alcohol taste is pleasant. The sweetness is only slight. The sourness is not big, but it is lime-like.
The lingering aroma is also a refreshing alcohol, and the aftertaste is its lingering slight bitterness.
It's a refreshing dry light classic. It was delicious!
The entrée was grilled thick shiitake mushrooms. Simple, flavorful dishes go well with refreshing dry sake.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say Ferrarin from "Red Pig". He is an old friend of Porco's in the Italian Air Force. He seems to know plenty of bitterness, but he is a refreshing old man.
