We had it at the second Onkoshin restaurant in Tateishi. It has a slight fruity taste and is pleasant to the palate, and you can feel the umami of the rice. The aftertaste is dry and bitter. This is a restaurant that serves creative cuisine, and they select and stock sake that goes well with the cuisine. It was a good place to feel the marriage of food and sake.

It's been a while since I've seen Amami. The moment I took a sip, I knew it was delicious! At first, a refreshing sweetness spreads out, but then a light gaseous sensation comes, and it is cut off by a bitterness. A pleasant bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. It can be used as a sake-within-a-sake or as a main course in any situation. It is a very tasty sake.

Happy New Year! The first bottle of the new year is from the New Year's nigori. I bought it at the Niigata prefecture's antenna shop on the way back from Meiji Jingu Shrine. I imagined that it was sweet and tasty, but But it's dry and light. The aroma is a bit like yogurt, but it has a good sourness and bitterness. It is a dry sake with good sharpness. It is quite a delicious sake.

I bought it at Sekikodo Osaka. There was a "sealed sake" corner, and I was curious, so I bought one of them. It is said that "sealed sake" is the one that the Japan Meimon Shuukai head office recognizes that it has the characteristics and dignity of ginjo-shu, and it is shipped in a special lightproof bag. Now, how does it taste? When the bottle is uncorked, it has a fruity aroma. I thought it was a little thin when I took a sip. But the fruity sweetness comes in time difference as the aroma. The aftertaste is also light, and it ends with a good acidity, and a slight bitterness remains at the end. It is a textbook Junmai Ginjo with a clean and smooth taste. It is easy to drink and delicious, and you will find yourself drinking too much of it. It's a delicious sake!

It's been a while since I've been to Kaze no Mori. Mmmm, it's still delicious! It's like Kaze no Mori!　I open the bottle with a bang. When I pour it, there are fine bubbles like Kaze no Mori. As you sip, the sweetness and flavor of the rice spreads through the nose. What remains is a moderate bitterness from the acidity. It's very sharp! You can enjoy many different flavors one after another. The 807 series is one of the most powerful in terms of cost, but it is also a seriously delicious and tasty sake where the taste of the rice and the acidity stand out!

I bought it at Takama Sake Shop. It is the first time to meet Shinomine. This is a delicious sake! When you taste it, the aroma of rice goes through the nose with the acidity. The sweetness of the rice and the bitterness of the rice finish the taste. It can be enjoyed on its own or as a sake during meals. It is a good sake.

It is the standard Chiaki of the autumn deer. It has a strong and heavy mouthfeel. You can feel the flavor of the rice. We started out with a cold sake, but we served the second cup hot, the third cup warm, and the third cup lukewarm. It's delicious at any temperature, but I think heated sake is best for me 🤔. It's a great, easy drinking sake!

It's been a while since I've been to Takama Sake Shop. Of course I wanted to try the Akishika! It's been about 2 years since I couldn't get home for Corona. When I was looking around... Oh my... Omachi's Akishika! And it's a henohenomoheji (self-owned field) I thought Akishika was Yamadanishiki, so I took a reaction bite 😆. Now, how does it taste... The aroma is modest. When you take a sip, you can taste the powerful sweetness of rice that is typical of Omachi! The aroma like a wooden barrel goes through the nose. The taste is refreshing with acidity. The bitterness is crisp, and the aftertaste is moderately dry. This is amazing! It's one of my favorite bottles. That's "Akishika"!

This is my favorite Mutsu Hassen Hiyaoroshi. The aroma after uncorking is fruity. When you drink it, you will feel the fruity taste in your mouth. You can feel the flavor of the rice and the bitterness finishes the taste. There is a slight alcohol feeling, but it is not bothersome. It is a delicious sake that is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good as a midday drink, or as a main sake with some snacks. It is indeed Mutsu Hassen.

Purchased at Toyama Prefecture's antenna shop in Nihonbashi. I was interested in the character of Tamahisa on the label of Queen and bought the label. When you open the bottle, you can smell the aroma of old-fashioned heavy sake. The color is a little amber. When you drink it, it has a heavy sweet and bitter taste. It does not have a fresh taste. However, it does not taste like alcohol. The aftertaste is bitter and dry. It has a fruity and sour taste, which is contrary to the popular fruity taste. It is a sake for old-fashioned drinkers.
