Tama-Asahi Cathe Tama Asahi's challenge sake for this season, "Kate". Starting this season, the local agricultural corporation "Kate-no-Sato" in Yatsuo Town has produced the sake rice Yuyama-Nishiki, which was then brewed into sake. The first batch was released in a limited edition of 300 bottles as Junmai Daiginjo unfiltered raw sake. Tama" means "generosity" and is meant to convey our goal of being a sake brewery loved by all. The "Asahi" represents the hope that sake will "light up" meals, dances, and festivals. In other words, we aim to create a sake brewery that lights up the community with a bright and happy light.

This is my second iwa. I wondered if my impression was different from the last time. I drank it thinking it would be different from the last time. The impression was more light than I expected. Maybe it's hard to say what I think of it, lol.

Drinking comparison. I like Haneya Kinka the best among them. It has a fruity flavor that does not betray its gorgeous aroma. Delicious! Yoshinotomo has a strong acidity. Naekaya also has a mellow sweetness that I like. It is more mellow and thicker than Haneya.

Went to Toyama-kan in Nihonbashi. Three different kinds of sake were served for 700 yen. The kombujime was also delicious. Drink and support!

I went into the Nihonbashi Toyama-kan, which I've been curious about for a while, and found a "Toyama Bar"! I tried about eight different kinds of sake to compare! Most of them were crisp and slightly sour, such as the Gen-no-Taki blend.

Purchased at Toyama Prefecture's antenna shop in Nihonbashi. I was interested in the character of Tamahisa on the label of Queen and bought the label. When you open the bottle, you can smell the aroma of old-fashioned heavy sake. The color is a little amber. When you drink it, it has a heavy sweet and bitter taste. It does not have a fresh taste. However, it does not taste like alcohol. The aftertaste is bitter and dry. It has a fruity and sour taste, which is contrary to the popular fruity taste. It is a sake for old-fashioned drinkers. This is also a delicious sake.
