飲み口は軽く、フレッシュな香りだが、やや辛口。旨味もしっかり感じる。酸度は高め。後味に苦味が少し残る。食中酒には良いのではないでしょうか。

生原酒ならではのガツンとくる感じ、日本酒度はやや高く感じます。旨味は中程度、酸度はやや高め、林檎や梨に近い香りもするかな？苦味は少々。
日本酒を愛する酒呑みのお酒。

無濾過生原酒ならではの重厚な飲み口。旨味も感じるが辛口。酸度は軽め、後味はミネラルに起因する？苦味が強めかな。アルコール度も高く感じるので、日本酒初心者はロックで飲んだほうが良いかもです。
