It is a first guess fall deer. I bought it without hesitation when I saw the label for the first time. The label was a first for me, but I had no hesitation in buying it. When I opened the bottle, there was a slight alcohol smell that I did not mind, but it was a nice rice-like aroma. When you drink it, the aroma of rice escapes into your nose. It is hiyaoroshi from Akishika. It is so delicious again this year! This is the sake that got me hooked on sake. The aroma is slightly fruity. When you drink it, you will feel the sweetness of rice and the acidity that numbs your tongue 🌾. You do not feel any alcohol. The aftertaste is clean and leaves a dry sharpness. During my 7 years in Tokyo, I never saw Aki-Rika, but since returning to Osaka, I often see it at liquor stores and izakaya (Japanese style pubs).　It is one of the things that makes me feel that I am back in Osaka.

The first time you taste it, you will be surprised at the sourness and the bitterness that comes immediately. The aroma is then released into the nose. The bitterness gradually comes forward in the aftertaste. There is nothing wrong with Shinohine! It is still a delicious sake. Before opening the bottle, I thought I would let off the gas slowly, But the moment I was distracted by the TV and looked away, I opened it all at once 😱. We had this at an izakaya in Akita during our Tohoku touring. It was my first try, attracted by the "Junmai Yamahai Nigori" (Junmai Yamahai Nama-nihon Sake Nigori). It was a sharp and dry sake, but it had a traditional, robust taste!　It is a good sake with a sharp and dry taste, but it also has a traditional robust feeling! I also had a bottle of Harukasumi. This is another... We hit the jackpot at this restaurant, Radish Shop. They have a good selection of local sake, but their appetizers are also excellent! The owner is very friendly and we had a great time. If you are looking for a drink in Akita, I recommend this place!　It is located behind the prefectural government office.
