I bought it at Sekikodo Osaka.
There was a "sealed sake" corner, and I was curious, so I bought one of them.
It is said that "sealed sake" is the one that the Japan Meimon Shuukai head office recognizes that it has the characteristics and dignity of ginjo-shu, and it is shipped in a special lightproof bag.
Now, how does it taste?
When the bottle is uncorked, it has a fruity aroma.
I thought it was a little thin when I took a sip.
But the fruity sweetness comes in time difference as the aroma.
The aftertaste is also light, and it ends with a good acidity, and a slight bitterness remains at the end.
It is a textbook Junmai Ginjo with a clean and smooth taste.
It is easy to drink and delicious, and you will find yourself drinking too much of it.
It's a delicious sake!
