This is a delicious sake.

たかさんI had it for the first time when I wasn't drunk. I opened the bottle slowly because it was slightly sparkling. The aroma started with a nice sound. When you drink it, the aroma goes away from the refreshing sweetness. The finish is a slight bitterness that is intertwined with the sweetness. It is a delicious sake after all.

たかさんI bought it with a label that looks like a summer sake. This is my first sake. I imagined it to be fruity and a little bit sweet based on the label image, but it was completely different. The aroma was a little sweet, but when you sipped it, it was completely dry! It is a delicious sake with a light acidity and a lingering bitterness, and has a nice sharpness.

たかさんAtago no matsuri This sake is made by the Shinzawa Brewery, which is well known for its Hakurakusei. It is a daiginjo, but the aroma is not so assertive. It has a faint sweet aroma. It is not fruity, but rather honey-like. The taste is a complete turnaround, with bitterness, acidity, and a slight sweetness of rice all coming together. The aftertaste is clean and dry. As expected, this sake is perfect as a mid-meal drink. The sharpness of this sake makes it a good match for strong flavors. It is a delicious sake.

After passing the throat, it has a dry taste. The back palate is cut off by a moderate bitterness. This is a delicious sake without any prejudice.

When you take a sip, a muscat-like aroma escapes into your nose, and the sweetness spreads, but the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. The aftertaste is nicely bitter. たかさんSentori Organic Nigori Sake. I had previously opened a bottle of nigori immediately after bringing it home and spilling it, so I let it settle in the fridge for three weeks before slowly opening it. The aroma is fruity, like muscat. When you drink it, it does not taste as sweet as the aroma. It has sourness, bitterness, and a slight lactic acid bacteria-like aroma. The bitter taste remains in the aftertaste. The aroma, sourness, and bitterness are refreshing and crisp. A delicious sake!

たかさんI found it at a liquor store I wandered into on the Shinkoiwa shopping street. I decided to try a sake I had never seen before and bought it. It is a beautiful amber-colored sake. The aroma is sweet but not fruity, difficult to describe due to lack of vocabulary 😓. The mouthfeel is slightly thickened, as one would expect from the color.　It is rather robust and heavy, with a touch of alcohol, but the softly spreading sweetness and slight acidity are not unpleasant. The back palate is dry with a bitter taste lingering in the back of the mouth. I am not a fan of alcoholic drinks, but this one is not unpleasant.　The complex flavors seem to drown it out. I've rambled on and on, but you didn't get the message 😁. If you are wondering what it is, please give it a try when you find it. It is quite a tasty sake.

たかさんNagatoro is a sake from Chichibu, Saitama. I came across it at a liquor store in Shinkoiwa where I stopped by on a whim. It is directly pumped and has a slightly cloudy taste. The aroma is restrained. The taste is slightly acidic. The bitterness comes soon after. A slight rice-like aroma escapes into the nose.　The bitterness lingers in the mouth. Sake is clean and crisp!

たかさんAtago no matsu is made from a new type of sake rice called Gin no Iroha. The aroma is subdued. It has a faint rice aroma, sweetness, and a slight alcoholic taste, but it has a moderate acidity and a refreshing mouthfeel. The bitterness that lingers in the back of the mouth is also a nice touch.　You will not get tired of drinking it. This is Atago no matsu as expected. It is a perfect sake to drink while eating.　It is a delicious sake. It does not betray your expectations.

たかさんThis is a commemoration of my visit to the Mimine Shrine in Chichibu. It's been a while since I've had an alcoholic drink. I had it cold at first. It's easier to drink than I imagined. It has a mellow mouthfeel, and although there is alcohol, you can feel the sweetness. I don't feel the sharpness so much. Next, I rented it and served it hot. The alcoholic sensation envelops you. This is what a heated sake should be like. The dry taste of the sake has changed completely. I usually drink junmai-shu cold, but sometimes I want to drink heated sake.

たかさんFrom the label, it's a spring-like peach blossom 🍑 When I opened the bottle, I heard a powerful "pop! I didn't even have time to be cautious. There was no spewing. The aroma was fruity! It smells sweet. When you take it in, you don't feel the sweetness as much as the aroma. The sourness stings the back of the palate, and the bitterness is surprisingly strong, cutting through to the aftertaste. I was prepared for a sweet sake from the label, but it wasn't like that. Even I, a rather dry sake lover, can enjoy it. It is a delicious sake.

たかさんThis is Morishima's Omachi Junmai Daiginjo. This is one heck of a good sake! When you taste it, you can feel the aroma of rice in your nose. There is a hint of alcohol, but you can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice. The aftertaste is quickly broken by acidity. It is a good sake!

たかさんIt's been a while since I've had a Sawa-ya-Matsumoto. It is lightly nigori. You can't see the snake eyes. When you uncork it, it makes a nice sound. When I uncorked it, it made a good sound. The aroma is like lactic acid bacteria. When you take a sip, it's very refreshing! It's like a lactobacillus drink with soda. It has a nice bitter aftertaste. It is very easy to drink. This is a delicious sake to drink as is. I would recommend it to people who don't like sake to try it.
