It's been a while since I've been to Takama Sake Shop.
Of course I wanted to try the Akishika!
It's been about 2 years since I couldn't get home for Corona.
When I was looking around...
Oh my...
Omachi's Akishika!
And it's a henohenomoheji (self-owned field)
I thought Akishika was Yamadanishiki, so I took a reaction bite 😆.
Now, how does it taste...
The aroma is modest.
When you take a sip, you can taste the powerful sweetness of rice that is typical of Omachi!
The aroma like a wooden barrel goes through the nose.
The taste is refreshing with acidity.
The bitterness is crisp, and the aftertaste is moderately dry.
This is amazing!
It's one of my favorite bottles.
That's "Akishika"!
