The aroma after uncorking is fruity.
When you drink it, you will feel the fruity taste in your mouth.
You can feel the flavor of the rice and the bitterness finishes the taste.
There is a slight alcohol feeling, but it is not bothersome.
It is a delicious sake that is refreshing and easy to drink.
It is good as a midday drink, or as a main sake with some snacks.
It is indeed Mutsu Hassen.
