Happy New Year! The first bottle of the new year is from the New Year's nigori. I bought it at the Niigata prefecture's antenna shop on the way back from Meiji Jingu Shrine. I imagined that it was sweet and tasty, but But it's dry and light. The aroma is a bit like yogurt, but it has a good sourness and bitterness. It is a dry sake with good sharpness. It is quite a delicious sake.

Kaze Yawaraka Junmai Polishing 60% al16 Mellow and slightly dry. It is a refreshing sake. We posted this sake because it has the same name as "Kazayawaraka" in the preface to the Man'yoshu, 32 poems of plum blossoms, which is the source of the quotation for the new name [2021]. It was sealed today, 4.27.2019. It would be interesting if this brewer started to sell a sake with the brand name 【Reigetsu】(^_^)v Chigasaki Kazo Shokoku: 20220727 Omotesando Shokudo Rakuen: 20170825, 20190322

Junmai Ginjo Yamahai Jikomi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Koshitanrei, 55% polished rice, al17 This is a dry sake with a clean, full flavor. The ginjo aroma is just a hint.
