I was curious about this ISARIBI. I finally found it in a 4-pack bottle. It's just like the concept of "a sake to enjoy with fresh seafood". When I uncorked it, the aroma was sweet with a hint of rice. It has a well-balanced sourness and bitterness, with a nice dry aftertaste. We had it with a sashimi platter. Pick up a sip and drink a sip. It clears the aftertaste beautifully. It resets the fatty taste of toro and salmon beautifully. This is also a good sake for eating. We enjoyed it very much.

It's nice to meet you, Hakurakusei! I've always visited Hasegawa Sake Shop, but for some reason I hadn't had it yet. When you pour it into the sake cup, it has a rice-like aroma. When you drink it, there is a sweet taste for a moment, but it is dominated by a good acidity and bitterness, and it remains until the end of the mouth. On the back label, it says that the theme is "the ultimate shokuchu-shu", and it's true. Every time you sip it, your mouth is reset and your chopsticks reach for the next dish. It's an infinite loop. I'd like to try it warmed, too.

It's a sparkling goose egg. This guy is a badass! I was expecting it to be a nigori fizzy summer sake, and I was expecting a ramune feeling, but it's not. As the label warned, I mixed the ori slowly and opened the bottle little by little while watching the bubbles. The taste is sweet, but it's a rice sweetness. It is quickly dominated by bitter schwa. The aftertaste is also very crisp, and it's the kind of thing you might open as a food sake. The alcohol content is also 14 degrees, so it goes down easily. It is a very delicious sake. It's worth a try.

I've been curious about this Bunkajins Natsu Jun Gin. When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma of rice. Bubbles appear in the glass. When you drink it, the fruity sweetness spreads, but soon the bitterness comes and goes. It is a summer sake, but at 16.5 degrees, it has a strong alcohol taste.
