Too light and simple.
Not much impact?

A daily junmai sake from Osaka's first all junmai brewery, Akishika Shuzo, one of the best junmai breweries in the Kansai region. The alcohol content is kept a little low, so you won't get tired of drinking it. Can be served cold or warmed.
The first Hideyoshi's knee is one in Osaka. The color is slightly golden. It is neither sweet nor spicy, and I personally think it is perfect as a food sake. The specs are as follows
Rice used = Domestic rice
Rice polishing ratio = 70% (indicated on the top cover)
Sake degree = +8
Acidity = 1.4
Amino acidity = 1.0
(All data except for the rice polishing ratio, which is from the Matsuzaki Corporation website)
I wonder if it is because the X-factor I uploaded earlier was a kijo sake or because it is a regular junmai sake...whatever the case, I am thankful to be able to drink healthy and delicious sake. So this bottle was also delicious. _.) _(..._...)
A quick drink on the move. I feel a sense of immorality as I enjoy a drink while falling asleep in the nice weather, having pushed the things I have to do out of my mind. I'm drinking.
I found this autumn deer at the Aeon liquor store today.
Is this my first fall deer?
The first sip was like water? The spiciness came as soon as it went in.
It is delicious ☺️.
It was the type of sake that is not suitable for heating up - well, I always judge after trying it, so I'll drink it cold from tomorrow.
It is the standard Chiaki of the autumn deer.
It has a strong and heavy mouthfeel.
You can feel the flavor of the rice.
We started out with a cold sake, but we served the second cup hot, the third cup warm, and the third cup lukewarm.
It's delicious at any temperature, but I think heated sake is best for me 🤔.
It's a great, easy drinking sake!
Akika Junmai Sake
I bought this cup of Akishika at Shin-Osaka station when I was on a business trip to Osaka in March.
I wanted to drink it on the Shinkansen, but I couldn't drink it because of Corona disaster, so I brought it back.
We had Okonomiyaki and Monjayaki for dinner, so I opened this cup.
I thought it would be a little more quirky, but it's not, and it has a slightly lactic acid bacteria-like flavor.
It's good as a food sake! You can even just drink it! It is😊.
Another great cup of sake❗️
