I was looking for a refreshing 🍶 and this label caught my eye 👀👀👀. The top aroma is muscat 🤔🤔I thought it was a refreshing type from the aroma, but it has the richness of rice 🌾 firmly. There is no gasiness or acidity, and there is a spiciness behind the soft rich sweetness. It has a refreshing aftertaste, but the sweetness prevails. The wine glass is good for the aroma 👍👍👍👍Gyu tongue rice sauce, tomato curry, rubbed ginger ◎Salmon slices - frozen nut chocolates were good 😆😆😆.

Refreshing sweet ginjo aroma. The color is clear, not amber. When you drink it, you feel a little acidity, and it has a fruity and beautiful sweetness. It has a full body, but more than that, it leaves a fresh and clear sweetness. This is my second time drinking Akabu, but it tastes better than the previous special junmai 😋😋😋 I also feel spiciness as I proceed with the athetes. It's easy to drink and low in alcohol, so it goes down smoothly 🤣🤣 🤔This is the one that makes me curious about other Akabusi. Today's entrée is pickles, octopus wasabi, grilled eggplant with grated ginger 🍆All of them are good but the pickle's acidity goes really well with it👍Good to drink it with a glass of wine😄.

I went on a business trip to Morioka, so I bought this at a local liquor store. I was not sure whether to choose an Iwate brand or not, but I chose Houou Mita, which I had wanted to drink for a long time 😆 The top aroma is light, fresh and fruity. This richness and aroma is a little different from the Koueikiku I have had so far 🧐It tastes like it has been laid down during the summer ❓But it is light and crisp. The taste of Kouei Kiku is strong, so it seems that the freshness of Kouei Kiku has been reduced and the richness has been increased. It is a good combination with Tsumami, leaving a tangy and bitter taste 👍I went to Gunma for work today, so I bought some tama-konnyaku, a specialty of Shimonita. The first Takachiyō 😋 Kamikami has a clear pineapple aroma. The nose has a distinct pineapple aroma. It is very sweet and very fruity 😃but there is a strong sense of alcohol. The bitterness spreads afterwards, leaving a tangy, slightly effervescent and sour taste. The fruity flavor is just as it is supposed to be 🤗🤗The sweetness increases as the temperature rises, so I personally think it's better when it's chilled. Oysters in basil oil, beef stew ◎◎

I bought a bottle of Murasaki Uchu that I had been curious about for a while 😄The liquor store said that this label is the only one in the series brewed with a dry taste 😲😲😲 The aroma is a modest, sweet ginjo aroma. The aroma is a modest sweet ginjo aroma, with a slight hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, with a soft, full-bodied sweetness, and a fairly dry taste that quickly escapes through the nose like a peppermint, leaving a slight bitterness that ends in a sharp finish. It is a bit bitter and then it finishes. It starts out clean and light, but as you keep drinking it, it becomes more robust. For some reason, when I drink it in a tin, I feel the bitterness more 🤔🤔🤔Tonight's entrées are horse mackerel tataki and shigure ◎ of Hiroshima greens that I bought on a business trip to Hiroshima.

Following on from the last time, I opened the Koei Kiku😄😄The aroma is mildly citrusy 🤔It starts with sourness and spreads to a moderate sweetness. No gassiness, almost no bitterness, and a sweet, sour, fresh taste. It goes down as smoothly as a juice. It is a true acid burst 💥💥💥😳My wife, who is not much of a sake drinker, said it was like plum wine. I see 🧐It is indeed convincing👍Kabocha pumpkin simmered with bitter gourd, dried horse mackerel, and cucumber with chikuwa fat.

Ori naturally mixes with the shuwash when opening the bottle🫧🫧🫧🫧Lightly fruity ginjo aroma and lactic acid type hints. The sweetness is offset by the bitterness and the fizz, making for a good balance. Like a cider, it went down as fast as ・・・・ and I found myself emptying a bottle 😱The wine glass is 👍but the tin is good too. Cheese, fried horse mackerel, potato croquettes, pistachios, and all other food items are good, but it may be very sweet when the gas is gone 🤔I think it's a first-day drink type.

The deep red label caught my eye 👀Buy it😊It has a modest but quite intense ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight alcohol .... I can feel a faint aroma of alcohol 🤔 in the back of the mouth. The richness and sweetness of the rice spreads softly and I don't detect any bitterness. The taste is pulled away by a refreshing acidity and a tangy spiciness. But it is not as dry as I thought it would be. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases. I went to buy a bottle of the same brand Morinokuma-san🐻 that I had at a corner shop before because it was so good 🏃🏻‍➡️🏃🏻‍➡️🏃🏻‍➡️..... Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock, so I bought this one 🙂 It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a fresh sweetness that spreads out. It's quite sweet, but it's smooth and light to drink 😋No bubbles or acidity, and you can feel a slight tanginess at the end, but the sweetness remains no matter what you serve it with, so it's not for eating 😅It's good with sweet, spicy, and tangy food. Isogo cheese deep-fried tofu, smoked cheese, chicken with ume ponzu sauce

The spiciness of the carbonation is pleasant and easy to drink, but it would be better if it were sweeter 😐 but this is a cider for adults 👍... The sweetness comes out a little on the second day. The second day, the sweetness comes out a little more, the fizziness is still there, and the bitterness is calmed down, so it tastes better than the first day 👏👏. After that, the gas will be gone and the sweetness will come out more, so the second day is when you can drink it😇It also goes well with food.
