For some reason, I drank a brand from my hometown in Kanagawa, which I had never bought before. It has a mild ginjo aroma, and the sweetness comes first on the palate, but the acidity soon envelops it and leaves a slight bitterness that recedes. The sweetness is strong, but the smoothness and acidity make it easy to drink. It is good to drink it with a sake cup to reduce the sweet aroma. It is even better with a side dish of rice, which gives it a tangy and spicy flavor. Local sake is not to be underestimated 🤔As usual, a bottle of sake was empty 😂Katsuo Tataki, white stewed chicken ◎Fried chicken, fried minced yam◯.

It has a fresh ginjo aroma, fruity sweetness, and just the right amount of bitterness. The smooth mouthfeel makes it easy to drink. 😵 The sweetness comes out as the temperature rises, so it is better to cool it down. Light and mild ginjo aroma. Muscat aroma 🤔. It is tangy and dry with a hint of acidity and a moderate effervescence. It is quite sweet, but well balanced with just the right amount of acidity and dryness. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. 👍After all, I ran out of the four-pack. It's good in a guguimini. It goes well with crispy cucumber with nuka-zuke, moromi miso, tomato with tuna, fried minced meat, and other crispy snacks.

Opened with a deceptively easy opening 🧑‍🦲 Muscat type aroma ❓ spreads. The spicy gasiness and moderate sweetness are good 👍It leaves the full-bodied bitterness of Ory and tightens up.
