The first Sairai after the first Argo 😋 has a gorgeous ginjo aroma that spreads into the nostrils. The fruity and full-bodied sweetness spreads when you drink it, and it also has the umami and richness of a solid rice (🌾). I was told that Omachi is also used, so I wonder if it comes from Omachi or the influence of Argo that I drank earlier 🤔🤔🤔It is fire-brewed, but it has a fresh and crisp feeling and a moderate bitterness that pulls away, but the sweetness remains, so I want a sharpness 🤣Buriteri, pumpkin stew, rakkyo◎I think it goes well with sweet and spicy food. I would like to drink other kinds, but if my timing is bad, they will sell out soon 😭.
