Tonight we will enjoy it at hiya ☺️ with a sweet and gentle aroma derived from rice. When you take a sip, you will feel a soft and light sweet richness. The taste is tangy and dry afterwards. I have been drinking it cold, but this is the first time I have tried it in hiya. I had an image that it would be a hurdle to overcome, but no problem 😆 Is this sake good? I changed from glass to tin and it became more rounded. I've never seen such a noticeable change 🧐Next, I tried heating it up. The spiciness became more pronounced than the sweetness. The next step was to warm up the sake. As the temperature drops, the aroma subsides and the dryness becomes more rounded. I think there are a lot of things that go well with it 🤔I tried it again on the second day, this time with cold sake. The second day, I tried it again cold. This sake is best served hiya or hot😇.

I was thrilled when I drank it last year 🤔 so I got it again this year 😄The top-tasting aroma is fruity but modest ginjo aroma. When you drink it, it has a bitter acidity, a soft mouthfeel, a fruity sweetness, and a tangy gassy feeling. It is like a white wine, but with a good amount of rice richness. Good sharpness. It is good chilled🙆It is refreshing on a hot day and goes in easily without resistance, so I served it with 🈳🫡Caesar salad, tandoori chicken, and fukashi jaga with wasabi mayo in a short time.

The first sip has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. When you drink it, the deep rich sweetness of rice with a bitter taste spreads, followed by a moderate acidity. The feeling of the alcohol that comes out of the nose is not harsh and easy to drink 😊 It is also spicy and crisp with a good sharpness. The classic summer sake is also delicious 😋, but since it is a strong alcoholic beverage, it is served on the rocks early on😇The entrée is a snack from a convenience store. Cheetara pepper, cured ham, pickled vegetables, salted yakitori ◎Carrot 🥕 Siriririri, salad chicken plain◯On the third day, I drank it again at a temperature between cold and chilled. The refreshing acidity was reduced and it became a dry sake with a full-bodied sweetness.

I was looking forward to this one since I couldn't buy it last year due to the timing 😊After opening the package, the automatic stirring begins 🌀. The top taste is like melon 🤔It has sweetness with bitterness, fine gas, and good acidity. The sweetness finishes off nicely, so it is quite good as a medium-bodied sake🙆The tin cups are good for rounding out the bitterness 👍As for the entrée, seared bonito tataki with onimori yakumi, okara and baby sardines with okaka ◎Sweet and spicy char siu pork △On the second day, the bitterness becomes round and the acidity increases and the sweetness comes out in the front. Refreshing aroma like rum. It has a soft sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and a soft mouthfeel with no peculiarities. Slightly gaseous and a bit gassy. When mixed with lees, it adds richness and good bitterness. It is a low alcohol 12%, but it is even lower in alcohol content and goes into the body smoothly. It is like drinking a slightly bitter sports drink or flavored soft water. It's a bit lackluster, but it's good for a light drink on a hot day 👍Sashimi konnyaku sweet vinegar, green onion ponzu, pumpkin with minced leeks, spicy prawns ◎Meat sauce and cheese may not go well with oil 🤔.

Hmmm! I looked closely at the label on the back and saw that it was made in 2009😱I thought it was from this year. Uetate has a unique sweet ginjo aroma. The color is quite yellowish. When you drink it, it has a smooth mouthfeel and a sourness that spreads. But the sweetness goes beyond that. It has a bitter richness that is hard to describe. I found some kind of red sake 👀 it was rare so I took it home 🚶 and checked it out and found that they use red yeast 🧐 The nose on the top is moderately sweet, with a slight alcohol taste. The first sip has a modest sweet aroma, with a slight alcohol taste. It's not like a sake 😮 The aftertaste is like drinking a thin red wine 🍷.... I'm not sure if it's because it's low alcohol (10 degrees) that it feels thin 🤔It's basically sweet, but it's soft sweetness makes it easy to drink. I think this kind of sake is also good 😇Fried pork with miso, meat and tofu ◎Namul of komatsuna and bean sprouts with myoga and baby sardines 🍶The dark seasoning is good 😋.

The song "Mr. Summertime 🎶" was playing in my mind 🤗This sake is said to be a collaboration with Circus, and there was their signature on the label 😄This sake has a sweet tropical aroma on the top. When you drink it, the sweetness spreads and you can feel the spiciness and a little bit of sourness. The mouthfeel is clean and dry. The second day, the taste remained the same 😋 Maitake mushrooms with sweet and spicy egg, straw-baked tuna, negitoro ◎ coleslaw 😋 Seems to go well with sashimi in general.
