Tonight we will enjoy it at hiya ☺️ with a sweet and gentle aroma derived from rice. When you take a sip, you will feel a soft and light sweet richness. The taste is tangy and dry afterwards. I have been drinking it cold, but this is the first time I have tried it in hiya. I had an image that it would be a hurdle to overcome, but no problem 😆 Is this sake good? I changed from glass to tin and it became more rounded. I've never seen such a noticeable change 🧐Next, I tried heating it up. The spiciness became more pronounced than the sweetness. The next step was to warm up the sake. As the temperature drops, the aroma subsides and the dryness becomes more rounded. I think there are a lot of things that go well with it 🤔I tried it again on the second day, this time with cold sake. The second day, I tried it again cold. This sake is best served hiya or hot😇.
