First rainfall in my hometown of Kanagawa 😊I was curious about it but took a long detour 😑So with that in mind, I opened the bottle. The lid flew off with 💥💥 and vigor ‼︎💦No blowout, followed by light lees stirring 🌀Uptick smells of apples🍎. When you include it, the apple aroma and sweetness still spreads. The light acidity leaves a fruity sweetness and a richness and bitterness that does not linger. It is slightly dry and tangy with a slight effervescence. But there is nothing to eat tonight 😱😱😱I had no choice but to make dashimaki, but it failed 😔😔😔It didn't come together and turned into a loose batter 😂But I mixed some fried minced meat into it and recovered 😤😤The result is something delicious 😋It is ◎ for this sake 🍶. The salt crackers and the guy with a pile of green onions were also good 😚 I could gobble them down with low alcohol content.

I drank it last year and enjoyed it so I got it again this year. It bubbles a little and stirs lightly, but it opens without incident😇The top has a gorgeous ginjo aroma with soft lactic acidity. When you drink it, you can feel the richness and sweetness of lactic acidity, and a mild aroma escapes through the nose. It leaves a complex, good-bodied aroma with a tangy, gassy feeling. The umami from the dark nigori is layered and complex 🤔🤔🤔And it is delicious this year too 🥳🥳🥳Fried horse mackerel, fried mackerel with tornada, fresh wakame seaweed with vinegar, sweet potato🍠◎Gubi gubi goo goo goo, dangerous ⚠️😂

The top-tasting aroma is fruity and fresh, like green apple🍏. The first is the top clear .... Sweetness mixed with fresh aroma and astringency. The slight effervescence gives it a nice mouthfeel 😋😋😋 with just the right amount of bitterness, weak sweetness, and astringency 👍When the lees are mixed well, it adds a crisp, full flavor that is not too unpleasant. Last year I didn't go through with it for some reason, but this year I made a firm reservation. This is the first spring sake of the year😄A fresh aroma rises when poured into a glass. When you drink it, it has a fresh and slightly bubbly aroma on the tongue. The fresh aroma is refreshing and fragrant. The sweetness is refreshing. Bitter and sour aftertaste. Purchased at Takekuma Sake Shop in Kawasaki. They started new sales last December and I got the long awaited Yamasan 😆😆😆 Uitate is light with a fruity ginjo aroma. Despite the light aroma, when you drink it, you can taste the richness and sweetness of the rice 🌾. The richness of Kinmon-nishiki or 🤔 there is almost no effervescence but it has a tangy freshness of new sake. It retains a moderate acidity, bitterness, and a full-bodied sweetness. It is not modern, but rather classical, and is a solid sake 😇😇The sweetness comes through as the temperature rises. The entrée was yose-nabe with salted broth 🍲◯Other entrées were good 😂.

On the nose, it smells like ripe bananas🍌. When you drink it, it has a clean rice🌾 richness, and the freshness and gentle sweetness typical of new sake spreads. There is a slight bitter aftertaste 🤔, no gassiness, and a bit of spiciness in the sweetness. It is easy to drink as it is clean and crisp 😊 Croquettes, hamburger steak ◯ Leave a day and drink it again on the third day. The taste is mellowed and becomes sweeter and gentler. It is good to drink it in a tin on the third day 😋It is also good with boiled fish ◎I think it goes better with Japanese food.

When you drink it, you will feel the fine bubbles, moderate richness and bitterness, and pleasant sweetness 😋😋😋, but it seems less sour for a Senkyou. I can feel the fullness of the flavor. I wonder if this is also Edo's way 🤔 but I still want sourness 🤣Tonight, I'll have a cup of oden (oden is good, but it's also good to have oden in the fridge). Oden is good, but it is better with licking miso sauce that was in the fridge 😇 Finished drink 🙌🙌

The name "Saito no Shizuku" is the name of the sake rice, and it is an original sake rice from Yamaguchi Prefecture. There is no gassiness, and it fades away with a slight acidity and a full-bodied sweetness. It has a freshness, but it is quite heavy and classical. The entrée this time was procured at a convenience store. Kiriboshi-daikon, prosciutto ham, saki ika - chicken chikuwa with wasabi soy sauce ◯At all the entrées, the sweetness remained. I found my first Yamanashi sake at a local Aeon 👀I immediately took it home 🚶🚶How is your first sake 🍶 new sake.... The aroma is quite gorgeous 🧐. The aroma is quite gorgeous, with a full-bodied, fruity sweetness that spreads quickly as the aroma. It leaves a crisp freshness and elegant sweetness in the aftertaste. This sake is a sister sake that differs only in yeast from Pure Black? The first Sairai after the first Argo 😋 has a gorgeous ginjo aroma that spreads into the nostrils. The fruity and full-bodied sweetness spreads when you drink it, and it also has the umami and richness of a solid rice (🌾). I was told that Omachi is also used, so I wonder if it comes from Omachi or the influence of Argo that I drank earlier 🤔🤔🤔It is fire-brewed, but it has a fresh and crisp feeling and a moderate bitterness that pulls away, but the sweetness remains, so I want a sharpness 🤣Buriteri, pumpkin stew, rakkyo◎I think it goes well with sweet and spicy food. Hiragana Abe-san is hard to find in my hometown. I checked with a distributor on a business trip to Iwate and they said they had it in stock, so I grabbed it 🙌🙌🙌and opened it in my hotel room 🙌🙌🙌🙌The top has a citrusy aroma. First, the top clearness. The aroma is also citrusy and the fragrance spreads softly and pleasantly. It is crisp and slightly bitter with a hint of minerality and a slight effervescence. Uitate is gorgeous. There is less fizz in the bottle than expected. First, the supernatant... Fresh sweetness and light bitterness. Next, when the lees are mixed enough, a lactic acidic richness is added.
