The first sake of the new year is KOCHIRA 😄 First of all, open the bottle slowly while watching 💦 The sweet aroma is already spreading. There is no outburst and the lees are mixed in with the bubbles. The top shelf aroma is fresh and full-bodied, banana 🍌-like 🤔 When you drink it, a gentle sweetness and bitterness spreads, and a unique hint of aroma passes through the nose. The aroma is that of a wooden vat 🤔🤔🤔I don't feel much acidity, and the strong fizziness 🫧🫧 and low al 13 degrees makes it light and cider-like 😘 and you can gobble it up 🤣 Potatoes ◎ guy, pickled vegetables ◯ 👍 even by itself.
