Hiragana Abe-san is hard to find in my hometown. I checked with a distributor on a business trip to Iwate and they said they had it in stock, so I grabbed it 🙌🙌🙌and opened it in my hotel room 🙌🙌🙌🙌The top has a citrusy aroma. First, the top clearness. The aroma is also citrusy and the fragrance spreads softly and pleasantly. It is crisp and slightly bitter with a hint of minerality and a slight effervescence. Already delicious 😋😋Shake the bottle and mix the lees. The bottle is quite bubbly 🫧🫧🫧The richness increases and the crispness and dryness also increase. It has a good acidity and is crisp and easy to drink from start to finish👍👍👍Lightly 4 bottles are empty 😳Bellyfish, squid sashimi, roast beef ◎Iwate's specialty Zunda rice cake ◎It will go well with all kinds of food 👌Better balance of richness and crispness. I thought "Ipponjiki..." but it was sake rice 😆😆. I thought it was sake rice 😆😆😆.
