I let the gas settle while adjusting the screw cap. It takes a little time ⏰. The top-tasting aroma is refreshing, like grapefruit 🤔. It has a nice effervescence and when you pour it into a glass it bubbles up 🫧🫧🫧It has a refreshing sweetness, rich and good bitterness, moderate acidity, and it finishes with effervescence and dryness. It is easy to drink, refreshing without leaving sweetness. It is so easy to drink that you don't feel like you are drinking alcohol😅😅It goes well with a wide range of food such as okra with okra, eggplant stir-fried in Chinese style, grilled beef ◎I think it goes well with a wide range of food.

I bought it again this year⛄️ I was nervous but it didn't seem to blow out and I opened it easily😑 but when I left it as it was, it started stirring naturally and I was surprised😳😳I don't have to say it's delicious but the taste is a little different from last year's.... The name "A" is an acronym for the sake rice Akigeshiki 🧐The upper titre has a fruity aroma. Green apple, muscat ❓🤔🤔🤔It has a gentle richness when you drink it, with acidity and a clear minerality. There is no gassy feeling and it leaves a clear, full-bodied, sweet, and not-too-bitter taste. It is more classical, but easy to drink 😁Cool it well and drink it with a meal. I wish I had bought the white label one, which is brewed in a light, refreshing white wine glass rather than the tin, gugumi-nomi. 🙆🏻‍♂️ It makes you drunk fast 😂😂Yose-nabe ◎It seems to go well with all kinds of food.

I bought it at Koyama Shoten in Tama, where I went last time. There are only a few stores that carry it, so I got it without hesitation👍and I also brought home some Sanzo 😄I also wanted to buy Yamasan, but they didn't have it in stock 😢😢 First of all, I opened the package. The aroma is modest. When you take a sip, you can feel the sourness first. The sweetness is light and well balanced with the sourness. The bitter taste spreads afterwards, and it is tangy and sharp. 🙆🏻‍♂️The acidity is pleasant, refreshing and easy to drink. On the second day, the acidity decreases and the spiciness increases, giving it a fuller, more umami flavor, making it more suited for eating.

Yokohama Kimishimaya's original passion series. I got it as soon as I heard that it was recently renewed 😁Light and refreshing ginjo aroma. The taste is understated and refreshing. The balance of clear sweetness, bitterness and acidity is exquisite. It has a spicy and sharp taste with a hint of gas. It is well-balanced and cohesive, good as a stand-alone sake or as a mid-meal drink 👌It will go well with a variety of entrées. I would like to compare it with the Moriboshi Yamada Nishiki. The aroma is subdued, and when you drink it, the fruity sweet-sourness stands out, and it's quite refreshing. It was a bit surprising because when I poured it into the glass it was very thick😳There is a slight effervescence with fine bubbles on the inside of the glass. The sweet and sourness added to the bubbles made me feel like I was drinking a glass of champagne. The alcohol content is low at 8%, so if you're not careful, you can gobble it up. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 This is a Champagne. It's a light sake that can be enjoyed on its own 🍶It's a cana🤔... I realized after I bought it that it had been produced for quite some time 😱But it has a good amount of gas and tastes fresh enough 👌👌👌.

Chose Kangiku following last time👌Mattari and citrusy aroma. When you take a sip, you can feel light acidity and soft sweetness. It also has a rich, bitter taste with a hint of oriole. It is good to drink it in a wine glass to feel the balance 👍It is said to be a trilogy following Shiboritate and Early Summer, but I have not experienced the other two yet🤣🤣🤣The dishes served this time are grilled yellowtail with salt, grilled chicken thigh with spices, and Setouchi lemosko, which has become a regular item in our house recently. I couldn't buy it last year, but this year I got it early 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 I lightly pop it and open it. The aroma is rich and piney 🤔🤔🤔 with a fruity ginjo aroma with a slight alcohol-like sukkake. There is a fruity sweetness at the core, with a nice richness and bitterness from the oli, and a tangy gassy sensation. Well balanced and easy to drink 😚😚 No acidity and quite dry. The entrée is stuffed bell peppers and the usual rubbed ginger and green onion ◎.

The bitterness and dryness are strong, so it is not more than a food 🤔🤔🤔It is good to have a glass of wine to feel the aroma 👍It is easy to drink because it has a good mouthfeel. First time to drink Niwo🤗It smells like a ripe, matte ginjo aroma. When you drink it, you can feel the richness of the rice and the refined sweetness of Aizan in the smooth mouthfeel. ☺️The theme of this year is 80% low-polished rice, so that's why it's so rich 🤔🤔🤔It leaves a rich sweet and spicy taste and pulls it away.
