The size of the bottle was a small size, but it was available in the supermarket's draft section 🍶I chose this one out of the many colors available🤗The aroma is light and fruity, with a hint of ginjo. The rice is rich and sweet with a slight spiciness in the aftertaste. It has no sourness or bitterness and has a classical taste, which I don't like 😢It became easier to drink when I drank it on the rocks, so I guess it's ok😊The entrée was boiled flounder.
Ori naturally mixes with the shuwash when opening the bottle🫧🫧🫧🫧Lightly fruity ginjo aroma and lactic acid type hints. The sweetness is offset by the bitterness and the fizz, making for a good balance. Like a cider, it went down as fast as ・・・・ and I found myself emptying a bottle 😱The wine glass is 👍but the tin is good too. Cheese, fried horse mackerel, potato croquettes, pistachios, and all other food items are good, but it may be very sweet when the gas is gone 🤔I think it's a first-day drink type.
The deep red label caught my eye 👀Buy it😊It has a modest but quite intense ginjo aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight alcohol .... I can feel a faint aroma of alcohol 🤔 in the back of the mouth. The richness and sweetness of the rice spreads softly and I don't detect any bitterness. The taste is pulled away by a refreshing acidity and a tangy spiciness. But it is not as dry as I thought it would be. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases. Stir-fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce, yakisoba noodles with sauce ◎Edamame, tomato mayo◯
I went to buy a bottle of the same brand Morinokuma-san🐻 that I had at a corner shop before because it was so good 🏃🏻➡️🏃🏻➡️🏃🏻➡️..... Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock, so I bought this one 🙂 It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a fresh sweetness that spreads out. It's quite sweet, but it's smooth and light to drink 😋No bubbles or acidity, and you can feel a slight tanginess at the end, but the sweetness remains no matter what you serve it with, so it's not for eating 😅It's good with sweet, spicy, and tangy food. Isogo cheese deep-fried tofu, smoked cheese, chicken with ume ponzu sauce
I think I'm going to drink it all 🍶 tonight I'm going to enjoy it with a tin cup 🍶 because it goes down smoothly 😨 chige with the air conditioner on 😨 cold shabu, shiso leaves with sesame paste, eggplant with miso 👌
Hi Waccho 😃
Kabutatsumushi🌈 is a must drink every year 🤗we also felt it was even easier to drink this year 😋It looks like it would be delicious with an air conditioner 👍
Jay & Nobby, nice to meet you 😄I am always looking at your site. I've been feeling the immorality of the electricity bill and doing something extravagant. But this time of year nabe🍲 is also delicious😋 and I ended up emptying it all with sake because it was so easy to drink 😂.
It took me quite a while to open the bottle💦Strong fizziness🫧🫧The aroma is subdued and the bitterness comes forward without much sweetness🤔It pulls back with a slight sourness and bitterness. The spiciness of the carbonation is pleasant and easy to drink, but it would be better if it were sweeter 😐 but this is a cider for adults 👍... The sweetness comes out a little on the second day. The second day, the sweetness comes out a little more, the fizziness is still there, and the bitterness is calmed down, so it tastes better than the first day 👏👏. After that, the gas will be gone and the sweetness will come out more, so the second day is when you can drink it😇It also goes well with food.
The bottle was opened without a moment's hesitation, despite my nervousness 😮 Light and refreshing ginjo aroma. It has a light, refreshing ginjo aroma, a light nigorigo color, a full-bodied rice flavor, a soft sweetness and bitterness. It has acidity and a tangy, slightly effervescent taste. The taste is full, sweet, and fresh. I think it is a classical modern type of sake 🫠It becomes sweeter as the temperature rises so drink it cold 👍👍👍Tako-wasa at convenience stores, grilled kamaboko, canned mackerel ◎Some peculiar snacks 😄I'm going to drink a little, but before I know it I'll be guzzling it down 😅Waragi-mizu is important 😅Waragi-mizu is important 😵. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 💫
The second Kakunouchi 😇Local Kanagawa sake 🍶The aroma is subdued. It has a classical taste with the sweet richness and umami of rice coming forward. It leaves a unique bitter aroma after drinking...this is the first time I've had this aroma🤔🤔 but it adds a nice accent and makes it easy to drink👍
At a one-person corner bar. Light ginjo aroma, moderate sweetness, and a touch of bubbles at the end. It has a light ginjo aroma, a moderate sweetness, and a slight fizz at the end. Easy to drink with just the right amount of tanginess remaining. 👍I might buy it because it's so good ⤴︎😄But it's a problem because sake is often unavailable when I want to buy it 😩.
I bought it because I was curious about it when I saw the post. The aroma is understated, citrusy... 🤔 ginjo aroma. Slightly effervescent, acidic and fresh. It has a bitter aftertaste. I bought it on my way home from a business trip to Nagoya and was surprised to find that the famous potato kenpi was surprisingly good 👏👏👏👏 I should have bought the chicken wings and dote-ni too 😭.
The fruity aroma of green apples comes from the apple yeast 🍏😄and the lingering bitterness and subtle spiciness at the end is also nice. It is refreshing and easy to drink. The only entrée is smoked cheese and edamame, but it's good enough on its own, so that's good too👍.
Drinkable size purchased at a local supermarket. It has a refreshing lactic acid type aroma. Surprising. The top clear liquid has a rich sweet rice flavor, which is the essence of Japanese sake. When mixed with ori, it adds a rich amazake-like flavor. It is sweet, but easy to drink due to the low alcohol content and the refreshing taste of the arugula. But I don't think it can be drunk by itself. 😖It becomes amazake when the temperature rises. Tsumami is sashimi and bomb natto.
Bright and gorgeous ginjo aroma and gentle sweetness followed by a crisp and tangy sharpness. 🗡️The sharpness makes it good with food👍No gasiness or acidity. It is good to feel all the flavors, sweetness and spiciness in a wine glass 😁Tomato stewed chicken with vegetables ◎Grilled yam with cheese, carrots with burdock root, hijiki stew ◯Temperature should be cooled to a crisp 👌This wine will go down a storm 😅.
Refreshing ginjo aroma. It has a dry and tangy taste after the slight fizz. The bitter taste and richness after the sweetness is a good accent and it is easy to drink without being overpowering 👍 If you look closely, you can see fine oriels floating on the surface, which I think also brings out a good flavor 🤔It has a refreshing yet not unpleasant umami effect. I think it's a good taste 🤔It's refreshing but not unpleasant 👌Cool it well 👌Cured ham, potato and minced meat croquette ◎Others ◯I thought it was easy to drink, but it was low alcohol. But today I'll stop halfway through and enjoy the changes over time 😊.
Purchased as I was near the brewery on business. Mild ginjo aroma, full-bodied and moderately sweet. It is tangy, dry, and crisp with a full-bodied finish. It is good chilled as the sweetness increases as the temperature rises. It is good chilled 😁.
Today, the tin cups arrived at my house 😍. I couldn't resist and drank it............................. But when I actually drank it, it seemed to have more sweetness....... 🤔Maybe it was more mellow? I think it might be a combination of the alcohol and the drink. ☹️ but somehow I finished the drink today too 🙀Ginger with a lot of ginger ◎Chicken meatballs ◎Morokyu cheese ❌Nukazuke ◯The traditional pickled plum with a lot of salt ❌.
For some reason, I drank a brand from my hometown in Kanagawa, which I had never bought before. It has a mild ginjo aroma, and the sweetness comes first on the palate, but the acidity soon envelops it and leaves a slight bitterness that recedes. The sweetness is strong, but the smoothness and acidity make it easy to drink. It is good to drink it with a sake cup to reduce the sweet aroma. It is even better with a side dish of rice, which gives it a tangy and spicy flavor. Local sake is not to be underestimated 🤔As usual, a bottle of sake was empty 😂Katsuo Tataki, white stewed chicken ◎Fried chicken, fried minced yam◯.
Good evening, Waccho! 😀
Local sake always catches my eye, so I procrastinate with a "well, whatever" 😅.
Tianqing's morning sake is very tasty.
I want to take care of my local sake too.
Hi Kumagai-san, nice to meet you😃I love local sake. There are many other things I'm interested in, so I'm going to keep drinking while trying to conquer the whole country 😋............................until my liver can take it 🤣.
It has a fresh ginjo aroma, fruity sweetness, and just the right amount of bitterness. The smooth mouthfeel makes it easy to drink. 😵 The sweetness comes out as the temperature rises, so it is better to cool it down. Hokke daikon with wasabi ponzu sauce, candy cheese from convenience store, canned chicken liver ◎Kiriboshi daikon ◯The thicker the better for the entrée 😄.
Light and mild ginjo aroma. Muscat aroma 🤔. It is tangy and dry with a hint of acidity and a moderate effervescence. It is quite sweet, but well balanced with just the right amount of acidity and dryness. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. 👍After all, I ran out of the four-pack. It's good in a guguimini. It goes well with crispy cucumber with nuka-zuke, moromi miso, tomato with tuna, fried minced meat, and other crispy snacks.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a pleasant acidity that passes through the nose. The spiciness that remains along with the soft sweetness is also good. I bought it because of the 👍name, but I think it was a good purchase. I bought it because of the name, but I think this is a good purchase.
