I bought a bottle of Murasaki Uchu that I had been curious about for a while 😄The liquor store said that this label is the only one in the series brewed with a dry taste 😲😲😲 The aroma is a modest, sweet ginjo aroma. The aroma is a modest sweet ginjo aroma, with a slight hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, with a soft, full-bodied sweetness, and a fairly dry taste that quickly escapes through the nose like a peppermint, leaving a slight bitterness that ends in a sharp finish. It is a bit bitter and then it finishes. It starts out clean and light, but as you keep drinking it, it becomes more robust. For some reason, when I drink it in a tin, I feel the bitterness more 🤔🤔🤔Tonight's entrées are horse mackerel tataki and shigure ◎ of Hiroshima greens that I bought on a business trip to Hiroshima.

Hello Waccho ^_^
I'm also quite curious about the Purple Space, I thought I bought it when I was sightseeing in Yokohama, but I didn't and haven't had a chance to drink it yet 🥲.
I'm quite curious about the dryness of the purple space and this label 😊.
