I had actually brought this one along with me on my Wakayama expedition 🍶 to a series of breweries I've never tried before✨This time it was Nate Sake Brewery's Kurogyu Junmai Sake, which I personally consider a challenge 😆 so a small bottle 🥹.
The top aroma is of rice with a slight nuance of peach 💨The rice flavor is just as delicious in the mouth as it is in the aroma, and I thought it was a classic sake 🥴, but the assertive acidity and slight sweetness follow, leaving a refreshing aftertaste that says "maybe it's easier to drink than I thought" 🤔. It was a sake that I would like to try warming up a little more after it gets to a more advanced level. ☺️

I often travel to Wakayama, but most of my trips are to Heiwa Sake Brewery, and I only drink Kurogyu at izakaya in Wakayama 🤣.
