I asked my coworker, who is not a sake drinker, to get me a bottle of this ✨ so I went to the brewery series 🍶 and this time, I got a bottle of Hakumai from Miyasaka Brewery, the originator of Shichigo yeast 🤤.
The opening of the bottle was a gentle pop 💨The top aroma is quite mild, with a slight peach ❓️🤔In the mouth, it's like, "Yeah? Did you drink it? It's so mild and watery 😳There's a hint of sweetness and rice flavor on top of that, and it finishes with a touch of acidity 😋It's 12% alcohol, so it really goes down like water and doesn't interfere with your meal at all☺️It was empty as I thought maybe I could heat it up 🤣Thanks for taking the trouble to buy it for me! Thanks for going out of your way to get it for me ❣️
