I opened a bottle of Ona Sparkling (🍶Ona Sparkling✨️) after reading Yasube's review 🍶It's sure to be delicious, but I wanted to open it on a slightly hotter day😅but I can't resist the temptation 🤣.
I opened the bottle with a screw cap and repeatedly closed it to watch the lees dance 💨It's starting to get foamy and at this point it's delicious☺️The top aroma is a faint impression of white grapes and rice 🍇In the mouth you can feel the well-defined gas with a strong presence and the delicious taste of rice, then gently sweet 😋The acidity and bitterness are nicely balanced on the gas feeling 🥰It's not too sweet. Not too sweet, but as the temperature rises, the umami also takes over, which is also a nice touch 💕Ai Tochigi Ai is still amazing ❣️
