I was curious about this "Murasaki-chu" at <Sake-no-wa>, so I found it at my regular liquor store and bought it immediately. Since we have recently had a series of round, sweet bottles, it was the first time in a while that I had a fresh, non-sweet flavor and aroma. I would say it is dry without being spicy, or sweetness of only rice, or gentle and light ・・・・ It is soft but fatherly with a balance that is not intrusive ⁉️ I would like to drink other kinds of sake too ❣️ <added>The marriage with a darker miso pot with lots of ginger is wonderful ✨.

Haruka is a sake that we sometimes repeat for outside drinking. The first time I drank it at home was with Junmai Ginjo Rokugo-Yeast Nama-shu. The soft sweetness and round flavor flowed beautifully. I kept drinking it for a long time. Harukasumi is definitely delicious 😋.

It is a liqueur made from yogurt at the foot of Mt. Chokai and contains 8 percent alcohol. It is a thick yogurt drink itself, but it is a proper liqueur, so I sip it from a glass. I love fruit liqueurs made by breweries, but I've never had yogurt before ❣️ It's classy and delicious 🎯. < Postscript>The taste of yogurt is more brilliant on the rocks!

This is my first Lo Mang. The ripe melon-like fruitiness flows through the bottle in a well-balanced and rounded manner. On the first day of opening the bottle, it was mild and dark, but on the second day, it turned into a gentle, unctuous sweetness. It is honestly delicious!

My first spring deer. I received it as a gift from a friend who went to Nara to see the Yoshino Senbonzakura cherry blossoms. It has a clear, gorgeous, soft rice flavor, and I can see why it is so popular. I checked the direct sales website and found that there are many varieties, and I would like to try a variety of them. Next time I find it at my local liquor store, I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

My family requested that I buy sake that goes well with takoyaki. I looked for a sparkling sake that was not sweet and looked like juice, and this is what I came across. After returning home, I looked it up on Sake-no-wa and was surprised to find only one hit 🫢. It has a clean, understated taste and schwans in the mouth. It goes well with takoyaki made with raw octopus. ❣️ It would be delicious to drink in summer too! I checked the brewery's website and it seems that they produce very little of it, so we are lucky to have met them. Thank you very much for the treat.

I bought it without any prior information because the liquor store I sometimes go to introduced it as "breaking the image of sake". I was surprised when I drank it🫢. The apple sourness of the No. 77 yeast surpasses the sourness of the Yamahai. The fruity sourness precedes the sourness of the Yamahai, but it also has a strong Yamahai feel to it. It is very interesting. The online store of the brewery also describes it as a challenging sake from Hiraizumi. It is a unique and addictive taste. < Postscript>This sake goes perfectly with thick slices of potatoes grilled on a teppan grill with anchovies and butter on top: ❣️ Perhaps it goes well with simple Italian food: ‼️

I found a sign in the sake section of Seijo Ishii that said to pair it with cured ham and cheese, so I did just that. As a result, it goes well with: ❣️ In addition to cured ham and cheese, it also goes well with: sweet vinegared myoga, olive cocktail, ponzu-based mekabu salad, etc. It may go better with them than wine. ‼️ Although it is a proper rice flavor, the fruity taste spreads in a subdued way and goes well with ham and cheese. I was surprised at the outstanding compatibility with myoga (pickled myoga). Thank you very much.

I was very curious about this liqueur at my usual liquor store, along with Hououmida's junmai and ginjo-shu. I finally bought it. I tasted mandarin oranges, yuzu, and peaches, and the best by far was the peach liqueur! It has a lot of pulp in it and the peach flavor is more pronounced than 100% peach juice. Since sake is listed as an ingredient, it is allowed to be posted on Sake-no-wa 😅 I am happy to drink it while reading on a wooden deck on a sunny afternoon on a holiday. It has 5% alcohol content, so if you drink a lot, you will get a little drunk 🤭. < PS> Pour this over Häagen-Dazs vanilla and eat it while mixing it into the trolley for a classy dessert 🍨.

At my local Summit, it was 70% sold despite the unusual double rows on the shelves. I decided to buy it and found that ......... was a great decision. The four-pack bottle was priced in the 1200 yen range without tax, but it had a delicious rice flavor and a gorgeous aroma. It tastes great in a glass of wine, just as it says on the tag hanging from the bottle. Too cosy 😄.

It is clean, refined, light and dry. I had okonomiyaki for dinner today and it went well with it. ❣️ I used to think that beer was the best pairing for greasy teppanyaki, okonomiyaki and takoyaki with sauce, but ...... Daishinshu's dry special junmai sake is a good pairing.

I went to a liquor store I sometimes visit, and when the salesman of Kagatobi was there, it was the peak season for arabashiri. After waiting in the fridge for a while, I opened the bottle today for a holiday lunch of sushi. As is typical of Ishikawa sake, it has the umami and sharpness of rice and a slightly dry, mellow taste. It is neither too heavy nor too light, a well-balanced, orthodox arabashiri. It went perfectly with nigirizushi.

The bottle is not disclosed, and it says to enjoy it as is, on the rocks, with soda, cold or hot sake, etc. I like this style. ❣️ For now, I tried it at room temperature, lukewarm to hot. It has a light umami flavor and a clean aftertaste, like a gentle rice white sake (Chinese). It goes well with oily or spicy dishes. Since there are many sake that go well with French cuisine, I hope there will be more sake that goes well with Chinese cuisine. < Postscript> It is also good on the rocks from the beginning of spring 😋.

I went on a tour of the five Suwa breweries, and after returning home, I made a bulk purchase on a direct sales website, not of the five breweries, but of "Kamidori" from Okaya (laugh). The aroma of rummy preceded it, but it is a dry sake, and it wears off quickly and refreshingly. When I compare it with the mild sake I checked in one time before, the difference is more obvious and both are delicious. ‼️ It is a brand that seems to be beneficial and looks good just by displaying it in the kitchen. ❣️ I prefer it warmed from room temperature to warmed.

In early March, I enjoyed a tour of the five Suwa breweries, but I bought a batch of this one, which I drank at the inn, rather than at the five breweries. It is a junmai ginjo produced by Robuchon's son that goes well with French cuisine. The second night at the inn was a Western-style meal, so I wondered if it would be difficult to match sake with the meal. I asked the sommelier about it, and he replied, "By all means, please pair it with sake rather than wine. I ordered this one, which I was curious about on the beverage list of the first night's inn. ...... It goes well with it. ‼️ The rich, elegant, white peach-like sweetness combined with the delicious taste of rice makes me feel that a depth different from that of sake flows through it. For western food in Nagano, sake is better than wine. ‼️ Sake is really undergoing a revolution. ❣️

This heated sake was recommended to me at Yokobue, where I enjoyed chatting with the staff the most during my visit to the five breweries I visited in Suwa. Honoka" is a series of sake sold in each of the four seasons, and in winter it is a junmai sake that can be enjoyed at room temperature or hot. The flavor and sharpness increase around the hot to cooler temperatures. If I lived closer, I would make it a winter staple! On a side note, the ume (plum) wine we tasted at the tasting was superb. I heard that sake plum wine with a light and crisp aftertaste is also delicious as sorbet. Oh, I should have bought some.

I purchased this bottle as a preliminary drink before going to stay at Kamisuwa Onsen. Immediately after opening the bottle, I was concerned about the alcohol content, but after about a week at room temperature, it turned out to be a mild, round, light sake. With an alcohol content of 12%, it is perfect for a weekend lunchtime drink or a little sipping on weekday evenings. Masumi's stability is on display.

The sales person who came to our usual liquor store last weekend was "Ganki". Since sake lovers gather at this store, only this "Arabashiri" was sold. When I bought it, there were only three bottles left. But while I was rummaging around in the store, the number of bottles had increased to more than a dozen (lol). I wonder how many bottles they sold in that one day. ⁉️ I opened the bottle this evening and found it to be "delicious ❣️". Not too fruity, not too sweet, not too light, full of flavor and volume, but with a nice natural sharpness. I will definitely buy it again next year. ‼️ I've been into heated sake lately, but sometimes cold sake is also euphoric 😋 Thanks for the treat.
