Yamamoto's first drink at home, having had a few drinks out, was Forest Green. I was drawn to buy it by the beautiful green color of the bottle and label. It is 100% Misato Nishiki. Clean, refreshing, juicy and clear. ❣️ Lightly delicious 😋 Perfect for lingering summer heat. ❗️ Goes well with teppanyaki of thick cut loin of longevity pork. I'm glad I found it on a still hot day‼️ My husband, who loves strong sake, says it's too thin, but I, who likes it light and tender, am very satisfied. I love it🤗

I've been meaning to buy a bottle of this pink label, but always put it off. I have a chance to go to Aomori next month, so I finally bought it to prepare for the trip 😋 Banana and melon sweetness and rice flavor overlap well in balance, and the taste is not floral but round. I would like to compare all Hakusen once.

At the sake section of Seijo Ishii, I found Kirakucho's "Nama-shu", "Natsu-shu", and "Aki-agari" on the shelf, so I bought a bottle of Nama-shu. It is a relaxing cold sake with a gentle taste and aroma. Recently, bottles that push their individuality to the forefront, saying "How does this sake ‼️" have become popular, but this brewery's policy is "gentle" and the flavor of rice spreads smoothly. I love it. ❤️

I finally bought a bottle of Basho Ginjo Dry Sparkling, which I had been curious about, on an extremely hot day. ‼️ As expected, it is originally dry, but sparkling and gorgeous, with a shwashy medium mouthfeel that makes it easy to guzzle. It tastes fresh, lush, and slightly rummy, just like the color of the bottle, the shape of the label, and the image of skunk cabbage as a flower. It goes well with teppanyaki on a summer day. ❣️ It makes grilled eggplant soaked in plenty of oil come alive. It is perfect on a hot day when you want to eat something fatty to strengthen your body. Please try it in summer by all means 😋 Please finish it on the day you open the bottle as it is a fizzy beer 🤗.

This is my first time drinking Haneya at home, which I have had many times when drinking outside. It is a mild and gentle sake. On a summer day, you can enjoy it on the rocks and savor its delicious flavor. Today's dinner was ponzu-flavored pork shabu-shabu, and it can be drunk forever as a food sake. According to past check-ins, the aroma will settle down after a few days. I'll enjoy a little change over the three-day weekend. Ah, I like Haneya 😋.

Senkin cider. I bought it without any prior information, and as expected it is a dry apple cider with gutsy fruitiness ❣️ The sourness of the apple is delicious on a summer day ❗️ perfect for a lunch drink ‼️ I like sweet liqueurs made by sake breweries, but this dry, not-sweet line is also wonderful😍.

A Kaygetsu salesman visited the liquor store I sometimes go to: ❣️ I had tried the year-round "nigori" before and liked it, so I tasted all 5 bottles they brought 😋 I chose the middle of the line summer sake. The pineapple summer sake was also well made, but I chose this one, which is an extension of the nigori I drank before. Today's dinner was a summer vegetable and seafood yose-nabe, with curry udon as a finale. The smooth balance of the mid-palate is perfect for my basic tastes. ‼️ I love it on the rocks because it's summer. ‼️ According to the salesman, this brewery is trying to shatter the stereotypes of Kochi sake. It's delicious. ❣️ Thank you for the treat.

I have had Ugo no Tsuki Slightly Sparkling Nigori as my first drink many times when drinking out. Drinking at home, I finally got to enjoy it. ❣️ It's a refreshing, not-too-sweet nigori that tastes great no matter where you drink it. Tonight, I had a teppanyaki dinner with bacon, and the fat from the bacon went perfectly with it. It was also very tasty as a food wine. The bubbles are the key, so it is best to finish it in one sitting. When I opened the bottle, I loosened the cork a little and waited a few minutes, but there was a mild spillage, which was also enjoyable 🍾 It is a privilege to drink at home when you can drink freshly opened bottles. Thank you very much for the treat.

This is a souvenir from Asahikawa by a fellow sake drinker. It is light and refreshing, as if you are drinking water. The alcohol content is about 8%, but the bottle says 13-4%, so it is very intoxicating. It has no off-flavors and is perfect for a light lunchtime drink when chilled 🤗. What is unusual is that the manufacturer is in Chiba Prefecture, but the production site is in Asahikawa. It seems that the company has several factories outside of Asahikawa.

This is the first nigori sake I have seen. At 11% alcohol, it was not too sweet, and it was a nice dessert substitute for a sime after drinking a lot. It has an unctuous aroma and taste that even those who don't like sake can enjoy. I only found two hits on Sake-no-wa check-in, so it must be rare. ⁉️

I went to my usual liquor store to buy summer sake and found a lot of bottles I wanted: ❣️ Here is the first bottle I chose from among them. I was excited to see how it differed from the "Abe Junmai". As soon as I took a sip, I was excited to see how it was different from "Abe Junmai. →I went into an endless loop of rice flavor → rice sweetness → summery sourness → refreshing → light → drink again ...... 😋 Delicious on a summer day ‼️ I am very satisfied 🤗.

A summer sake doozy: ❣️ We have had it a few times for drinks out, but this is our first time drinking it at home. Today is the second time this summer that we have ordered fresh sea urchin in bottles, which is a tradition this time of year. It doesn't disturb the bottled fresh sea urchin, but goes along with it easily. It really is delicious on summer days 😋. I also drink a lot of heated sake in the winter, but the taste of summer sake and heated sake is in opposite directions, and I love them both.

After peach and yuzu, I wanted to drink 🍊mikan and bought it immediately. Not to be outdone by the peach and yuzu, the mikan 🍊 is just as good, if not better than the mikan juice. The stability is outstanding. I am happy to drink liqueur before dinner while looking at the sunlight on a summer day. ❣️ According to the Internet search, lemon, apricot, and plum are also available. ...... More summer fun for me.

This is a souvenir from a sake friend who went to Dogo Onsen. I heard it was the local people's favorite. It has a very nostalgic taste and aroma, like "The Express Sake" of the Showa era. It definitely goes well with the local cuisine at the onsen inn. ❗️ We enjoyed drinking it while talking about how sake used to be like this.

I bought a bottle at Seijo Ishii, drawn by the pop-up that said it goes well with sashimi and seafood Japanese dishes. We haven't had a sashimi main course dinner recently, so it had been on standby in the fridge for over a month. Today, our family's annual order for this time of year, "Milk Bottle Sea Urchin from Iwate" arrived: ‼️ The sea urchin in brine goes well with it. It is not disturbing, it is refreshing, and it goes well with your mouth while you cleanse your palate. The sea urchin really comes alive. I'm glad I had it ready in the fridge. ❣️ Thank you for the food.

I had decided to try Houou Mita Yuzu sometime on a hot and humid day. Since the humidity was rising, I was excited💖 to buy it. And the other day, I went to Yamanashi and had a certain winery's "Yuzu Wine" on hand, so I compared it with this one. As a result, Houou Mita won hands down. The yuzu is so rich that even if you drink it on the rocks, it doesn't become diluted at all. I want to conquer Hououmida's fruit liqueur by the end of this summer. ❣️

In Yamanashi, I was at a small cafe-like izakaya (Japanese-style pub) with a good reputation for hoto, and asked "Which sake goes well with hoto?" The owner said, "This is a sake brewery that doesn't advertise itself like Shichiken. The owner said, "This is a sake brewery that doesn't advertise like Shichiken, but I think this is the best sake on draft. I think it's the best sake. It really goes well with the homemade miso Houtou. It has a good balance of rice flavor and a slightly fruity aftertaste. I would like to try other kinds. I heard it is read as "Shun-no-uten", but I can't read it without furigana 😁.

The second bottle from Murasakyu is Miyamanishiki. Miyamanishiki is fruity and light, but when it is made by Murasakyu, it is understated and gentle. I like the calmness of the wine. As everyone at Sake-no-wa says, it will soon become a hard-to-find sake. While I'm at it, what color bottle should I get next?
