ぽわんぽわんTonight's dinner was a day when many wine accompaniments were lined up on the table, such as cured ham, cheese, liver pate, bucket, etc., at the request of the whole family. We had prepared a bottle of wine, but I wanted to pair it with sake, and after much deliberation at the liquor store, I chose this one.
The juicy Muscat-like flavor comes first, but it is quickly cut by a quiet acidity. Of course, cheese and cured ham went well with it, but the best marriage was the "dried persimmon and butter millefeuille" ✨ The sweetness of the persimmon spreads softly in your mouth. ‼️
