Our New Year's Eve drink is "Snowman".
Today's dinner (afternoon meal?) in our Chinese-loving family is "Yaki-gyoza and sui-gyoza". I went to our usual liquor store to buy some Shaoxing wine or Hakushu (white wine). I went to my usual liquor store and found "Snowman ⛄️" in the back of the fridge. It has a yogurt flavor like makgeolli, so it should go well with dumplings. ‼️ As a result, I was right. Snowmen and dumplings while watching a comedy show. Ah, it was a good year 😋.
I wish you all a happy new year!

Happy New Year, Jay & Nobby 🌅 Is the combination of gyoza and snowman a common thing in Tochigi? Our family is in the midst of a light Chinese boom lately, so Tochigi sake is going to be on the menu more often.
