Haneya純米大吟醸50 翼
ぽわんぽわんHaneya Tsubasa, which I bought to go with a Western-oriented dinner. It has a light, fresh taste and seems to go well with oil.
On the first day, I grilled thin slices of bacon on a griddle and used the fat to grill potatoes and vegetables. The saltiness and flavor of the bacon comes alive. The slight sweetness resets your mouth like water.
The second day was "monjayaki" (fried pork with kimchi and mentaiko cheese). ❗️ I had given up on sake for monjayaki, but it went great with it. ‼️ I don't think the toji at Haneya would have thought to pair it with monjayaki. ⁉️ It was really delicious 😋 Thanks for the food. Thank you very much.
