ぽわんぽわん
I received this as a gift from a sake friend in Osaka. I was born and raised in a neighboring town in Toyono-gun, so I miss it. It used to be a humble sake, but it still has a nice, clean, crisp taste with a touch of classicism. It is neither too spicy nor too sweet, and seems to go well with strong flavored dishes. I think it would also go well with fried food.
Today's dinner was beef nabe with Chinese herbs. In Osaka, beef is the most popular meat, right? Wolfberries, jujubes, lotus seeds, garlic, ginger, rounded chili peppers, and other ingredients are perfect for the deep spicy soup. ‼️ It was delicious, thank you.
