I had been drinking classical sake for a while, so I suddenly wanted to drink something modern, so I bought this on my way home. The gentle sweetness of Miyamanishiki and the rummy flavor made it easy to drink, and even though it is 16%, I drank it in gulps, and the 4-gos bottle ran out in no time.
I thought to myself, "I'll drink a little bit more of the classical sake, so it's more cost-effective." I forcefully erased the poor idea from my mind and enjoyed tonight's dinner of "pork shabu-shabu" with Mikotsuru.
Sake that is popular nowadays is really delicious without a doubt 😋.
