Some of the products in the hanpukai are lined up in the store, and some are not.
This time, it is the one that is not lined up.
Echigo Tsurukame, I am ashamed to say, I did not know it at all.
It drinks like lemon🍋.
It has a strong gassy taste, and the balance of sourness and bitterness is like orange peel.
I don't like it when the acidity goes too far, but for me personally, it's right on the edge of that line.
It was quite an interesting sake 🍶.
