100% Kuranohana from Miyagi Prefecture, 50% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume. Miyagi yeast is used. It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Suminoe. It has been difficult to find it in our neighborhood, but we finally found a liquor store near our house that carries it. It has a clean and crisp taste. It goes well with all kinds of food when it is well chilled. It seems to go especially well with seafood. After all, Suminoe is delicious. The label says, "The second generation of the series was created using local rice, water, and yeast from Miyagi Prefecture, with the theme of pure, unadulterated, sharp, and dry (=SoLID solid). It is a sharp and dry junmai ginjo-shu that is fully fermented at low temperatures and retains not only the spiciness but also the clear taste of rice. This season's Kura-no-Hana has no summer temperature problems and the sake rice is of very good quality, resulting in a very harmonious, very dry sake. Please give it a try. It is a delicious sake with a delicious umami flavor and a refreshing sharpness.

It is delicious during the hot season. I felt that there is a good balance between the umami of Yamadanishiki and the tanginess of Gohyakumangoku. The label says, "This series uses only rice produced in Chiba Prefecture and explores its charms and possibilities. This year, it will be available in a light nigori (light cloudy) color! The corporate color blue represents our mainstay rice, and we titrated it to reflect the fact that our master brewer carefully controls the unrefined rice as if he were handling jewelry. We aimed to create a fusion of a delicate, smooth texture and fine gasiness." Of the DISCOVERY series, this is one of our favorite sakes.

Made from 100% Akita-grown Sake-Komachi rice. Polishing ratio 55%, 17% alcohol by volume. It has a strong umami flavor. When you put it in your mouth, it stimulates your tongue. After passing through the throat, there is a slight sourness and sharpness. It is delicious. As expected of Fudo. It seems to go well with autumn flavors, just like hiyaoroshi. It is still hot, but as nightfall approaches and the sound of insects can be heard, this is a sake that makes you want to drink it slowly.

100% Shizuku Ehime produced in Ehime Prefecture. Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 15.5 degrees. It is a refreshing drink with a deep, dark rice flavor. It has a sharp taste with a slight sourness as it goes down the throat. It is a delicious sake to drink slowly on a summer evening, and it is the first Kagiya I have had in a long time. The label is the second in the "Heart Series" with "Tensho's Tears" on the front of the label, a masterpiece by "Tsuyoshi Ushiozaki," a scissors cutout artist with a disability in his eyes. This sake is made from Ehime Prefecture's first sake rice, "Shizuku Ehime," and is a junmai sake characterized by a cool, refreshing taste and pleasant aftertaste. Some people watch fireworks with various feelings and emotions.
