Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 16%. It is brewed only with sake rice from the Shonan area. This is the first sake from Kanagawa in a while, and the first Tensei. The aroma is not so strong. It has a strong alcohol taste, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. It seems to go well with meat such as yakitori.
