It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink. The cool, distinctive label reads, "The best of the Eiko Fuji unfiltered unpasteurized sake series ★ Brewed with Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, this bottle shines with a gorgeous ginjo aroma and beautiful sweetness, especially recommended with Japanese food. We had it with garlic chicken karaage, and it went quite well with it.

I feel that the rich flavor of Miyamanishiki has been brought out to the fullest. The label reads, "Since we were the first to market ginjo-shu in Nagano Prefecture, we have never once stopped producing our traditional ginjo-style sake, which is a traditional gem. I grilled some shiitake mushrooms and served them with a dash of soy sauce. It was delicious and did not interfere with the aroma of the shiitake mushrooms, but rather complimented them nicely. The label reads, "Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, is 100% Yamada-Nishiki, which is brewed, aged in ice, and then hi-irated. It has a ripe fruit-like flavor and acidity. It is recommended to drink it chilled and slowly enjoy the natural return of the sake's temperature and the change in flavor as it expands and changes in the glass. This is a dining sake to be enjoyed slowly.
