Alcohol content 15%, Rice polishing ratio 55%. 100% Kutouryu rice is used. The fruity aroma spreads. The rich rice flavor spreads with it, stimulating the tongue with a tangy sensation. This is the first time I have had Kuzuryu sake, and it is delicious with a deep umami flavor. There is not much acidity, but it is a little dry and sharp. The dark umami is not cloying and seems to go well with a variety of dishes.
