Junmai-shu, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. 100% dewy leaf wind from Nara Prefecture, grown by Hotaru no Sato. Polishing ratio 80%, alcohol content 16%. The rich rice flavor fills the mouth. After a slight astringency, the sweetness suddenly spreads. When swallowed, it finishes crisp and clean without leaving a lingering taste in the mouth. The strange feeling is addictive. It has a delicious taste typical of Kaze no Mori. The label says, "We use dewy leaf wind, a sake rice produced only in Nara Prefecture.
