Alcohol content 15%, rice polishing ratio 50%. Fruity, rich sweetness and acidity spread in the mouth. You can feel its firm umami. I couldn't help but murmur how delicious it is. I would like to savor this sake slowly with mushroom dishes or autumn fish. It has been a long time since I have tasted Oze no Yukidoke, but it is still delicious. The label says, "Aroma reminiscent of apples and pears, soft acidity. The long lingering sweetness wraps around and fades out pleasantly. It is a beautiful, easy-drinking sake with a plump flavor.
