Saitama Prefecture is our neighbor, but we have not been able to encounter sake from Saitama. I heard that this sake is made by the smallest sake brewery in Saitama. It's cute that it's called "unfiltered raw" and not "raw unfiltered" (◍-ᴗ-◍) Alcohol content 15 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio 60 Sake meter degree +1, acidity 1.8 Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius Delicious. Tonight's main side dish will be from Kakuei Fisheries, a Red snow crab, yellowtail sashimi and Amani-San It was too good to be true and I was happy. The sweetness and freshness of the sake was delicious. By the way, the first sip of the first bottle had a sweet taste followed by a bitter taste. It was delicious. Murocanama namanama, namanama namanama! Later in the day. I had a glass of what is called "modern sake" and then drank this sake. It is a relaxing taste, and although I basically drink with restraint so as not to drink too much, it is a taste that makes me want to drink more.

I opened a bottle of Tsururei Junmai Sake Yamadanishiki a few days ago. I overwhelmingly like today's taste better than right after opening the bottle. It tastes so good! I called out "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Even if people thought I was drunk, I was still calling out how delicious it was. I don't want to get a hangover, so I try not to exceed my capacity (I'm ashamed to admit that I'm really shallow...). It was really hard to control it (laugh). There were a couple of side dishes. The collaboration with Iwashita's fresh ginger, which I love, was a bad idea! The sweetness and umami of the sake really stood out. At times like this, I really wish I were a better drinker.

The sweetness and a little bit of a yeast yeastiness. I liked it very much. I figured today I wanted a sake with a flavor I like. I was not adventurous and bought it because it was on sale at a nearby supermarket. With a down coat on, it's zero cold. Barbecue at night in nice weather. I am happy to drink sake.

I couldn't stand still at the end of the workday. I went over the mountain to Ichimasuya. There were several kinds of Sugiyuu with different specs. I decided on this one after being briefed by a very nice lady clerk and the young master. Sugiyuu Special Junmai Dry +10 Genshu I thought it might be too dry for me, but Waka-Danna told me that it was spread out, clean, and robust (though quite light). Tonight we had rockfish from the fishing pond & natural rockfish caught by the husband in the morning. Firefly squid pickled offshore, and much more... It goes well with both the protein-rich grilled rockfish and the salty pickled fish. It is not as dry and spicy as I thought it would be. Umami? It is a delicious sake! Great!

Fukumushimasu Ginjo-Nama Sake made with Ueda City sake rice by Kutsukake Shuzo in Ueda City. Sweet and full-flavored, very tasty ☺️. Nagano has a lot of good sake too, really. It goes well with today's snacks, Engawa, horse mackerel, and musubi. It is rich but not guttural, so it was a refined taste for me who likes guts. It was delicious!

This sake was given to us by Mr. D. It is a sake from Fukui Prefecture☺️. I have only been to Fukui Prefecture on a club expedition when I was a student, but I have an image of delicious seafood. Delicious seafood and sake, just imagining it makes me want to go there! Very nice aroma, fresh, a little sweetness and a little bitterness at the end ꒰⑅༚꒱˖♡My favorite, delicious sake! Tonight, plenty of grated tochuage, plenty of ginger, and plenty of green onions went well with the delicious sake. I am so thankful for the happiness of drinking good sake. I will take action to be as close as possible to those who have suffered from the earthquake and war.

This is the second sake I got at Marubun, a local sake shop in Saitama, where I visited the other day. What can I say, it's tasty and affordable (about 1,000 yen!). It is made from out of quality rice. It's soooooo good! I've never had it before, so I'd love to try it someday when I come across it! It is a sweet, fresh, delicious sake with a fresh, raw sake feel. And I bought it the other day in Yuzawa, where I went snowboarding over the mountains. Smoked Japanese spicy mustard. My husband and I are addicted to this flavor, and it goes well with sake! I'm very happy to be able to drink at night and I hope for world peace.

Shinano Tsuru Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Unfiltered Denko Today, I went to visit my sister who lives in Saitama. I looked on the internet and found a very attractive liquor store nearby. I couldn't decide on my own, so I chatted with the owner of the store and got three bottles. I heard that the brewery is located in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture, and when I think of Komagane City, the scenery of the mountains comes to mind. I lived in Nagano Prefecture when I was a student, so just hearing the word "Nagano Prefecture" reminds me of my sweet and sour (?) youth. I can't wait to see what they have in store for us. The fruity sweetness of this wine will make you drink too much of it. The sweet and slightly gassy taste goes well with the spicy miso konnyaku stir-fry that my husband made for me when I got home! It's a delicious sake! The owner of my workplace gave me some of her handmade miso, which is very fermented and thick, and it goes really well with the sake. I'm grateful for the happiness of being able to drink sake today.

It is the most powerful sake in the world. It is the best sake for greasy pizzas, delicious kakuteki, and It went well with even better meat and potatoes. I think it is a food sake with the flavor of rice, and a little sweetness and bitterness. Actually, the bottle was opened yesterday. Yesterday, we had a snack that was not tasty, and this sake was a little dry. I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound like a big jerk. I even thought it might not be my cup of tea. My silly fool! It is delicious! I want to drink it again.

I bought this at Asahiya. Oze's snow-melted fishes (gyo gyo gyo) Tonight we had firefly squid, seared octopus Tonight we'll have some firefly squid, seared octopus also from Kakugami Gyorui. I had some business in Maebashi. I went to a modern liquor store that I had been curious about. It was still fashionable (-‿-) I went there to buy some sake that I don't usually see. I went to buy some. They didn't have a lot of what I wanted in four-pack bottles. Suidama! Looks good! And Suidama Special Junmai Unfiltered Raw, delicious! Sweet and tasty. It goes well with tonight's side dish, red snow crab. I'd like to try the other specs as well.

I bought this sake at Ponshukan in the summer and kept it in a cool dark place in my house. Echigo Tsurukame Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Genshu It was first served at room temperature. Hmmm, a little sourness, a little density, a little maturity? Next, I had it warmed up. I think it tastes better warmed, by far. Today we had a simple nabe, and I boiled some ramen noodles to go with it, to make the kids happy. I boiled some ramen noodles and added some mochi. Kido~! The moment I drank it, I wished I had bought it in a bottle. It's delicious, I never get tired of drinking it, and the cost is great. Freshly squeezed, raw sake. Delicious, delicious, delicious! Is it a ginjo aroma? It's a little crisp, a little sweet, a little gummy, a little gummy. I don't want to burden my liver, so I drink a lot of chasers when I have dinner. I try to drink a lot of chasers when I have a nightcap. Kido is so easy to drink that you can forget about chasers, so if you're weak like me, be careful! Simple Camembert & Cucumber & Tomato I'm happy to enjoy it with snacks sprinkled with olive oil, salt & pepper. The more salt, the better for the peculiar olive oil and The more salt, the better it goes with the strong olive oil, Camembert and Kido. The mozuku was seasoned by my husband. He uses vinegar, ponzu, and nekobudashi. Sashimi, potato chips (hurray for junk), and The main course was curry and rice. Kido is delicious! This is a limited edition nigori. It says to be careful when opening the bottle, but when I opened the bottle, it didn't have the expected sizzle. Cod milt from Niigata Prefecture was on the table. My husband soaked it in sake (honor Kunimitsu) to get rid of the smell, then boiled it and poured ponzu on it. Tonight, I went to Ichimasu-ya with a friend who loves sake. Tonight I opened a bottle of Sougen Hatsu Shibori Junmai Nama Genshu, which I got when I went to Ichimusuya with a friend I love the other day. It's delicious! I love this flavor. It's clean and sweet, but not too sweet. Great! It went perfectly with the mild Shirako Ponzu! I also paired it with Ikufudo's cured ham, which was also great. Today I was even happier to see my favorite friend for the first time in years. What a good day (and what a bad day!). What a good day (and a bad day too!)!

I opened a bottle of alcohol that a friend of my husband's gave me. Today, it's deer sashimi from a fawn that my husband caught. I'm grateful for it. All we have in the house are freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake. I wanted to drink it cold, so This time, I opened this one and had it lukewarm. Tsukabotan Fresh Sake Arabashiri I'll say it again, Arabashiri! This is another sake that my friend J and I picked up when we went shopping yesterday. It's delicious! It's so sweet and bitter, it's irresistible! Ohayashiri! I bought 300 yen worth of squid for boiling at the supermarket. My husband worked very carefully on it. After boiling the squid, he opened it up and added shredded ginger and I love it! The best!
